Great stop as is pretty much half way on my journey from Essex to Somerset... Time for someone new to appear here though- we're out of covid, everyone is back out- time for lots of visitors again.... how about Tim Hortons, or a nice bakery (Wenzels maybe- please no more Greggs- there's too many already).... or how about copying the Irish style of services, and have a fresh food bar- fresh wraps/ baguettes/ toasties/ sarnies- the UK is screaming out for a fresh food style choice- I'm sure all will agree, I'm fed up with only seeing fast food options in UK services.....and I'm a 60k mile driver per year, so regular stops are necessities... something like the attached is what many, many people want to see....

Good choice of eateries, clean, shops for those essential items. EV charging, and an upstairs with a good view. A nice place to stop.

·

Don't know how good it actually is because I stayed in the car the whole time and played mario kart 8 delux on my Nintendo switch. Thought I'd give it 5 stars anyway because I got the 3 stars on the egg cup (mirrored 150cc) so I was pretty happy.

It’s all about the showers as a HGV driver and I have to say very good. An actual tap where you can turn on and not have to keep pressing the button. Good space for drying. If I had one complaint it would be the extraction fan. It’s so powerful as the shower it gets cold quickly.

Enjoyed our 2-hour stay at Membury. A real experience. Great day out for the kids. Two minor issues: 1) lack of head room under escalator; 2) disappointing stock levels in WHSmith standalone ice cream freezer. Otherwise, would have been a classic 5-star experience.

It's ok for a pit stop. There is a row of Tesla electric car chargers but only 2 generic brands electric car chargers.

·

Nice layout good accessibility. Having changing places disabled toilet is good. I worked for years with disabled kids and adults so know how hard it is to change someone once they are too big for baby changing table.Facilities were clean and mask encouraged but not mandated many people didn't which feels strange when your used to Welsh rules. Staff in Starbucks were using masks though.Disappointed at vegan food options Starbucks had good job I like dark chocolate. There were several stores so I'm sure if I went looking I'd of found more options so didn't knock star off for lack of something to go with my coffee
