11 of us came for a meal. We all ordered separately but at the same time and it was 1hr between getting our first meal and the last. While the last person was still eating theor main desert arrived and the waitress literally threw the desert down with an attitude that they really could not be bothered anymore. Really disappointed in the service.

Manager had no knowledge of drinks on tap.Was told 1 hour wait but barely anyone in the restaurant.Ordered food when it arrived it was cold and dry.No tablecheck was made and I was unable to catch the eye of anyone as 2 floor staff only working.I was offered a dessert but evenin6had bee ruined, I was so looking forward to the evening as have been to your other establishments and they were amazing

Came recommended and was not disappointed. Very nice breakfast, clean and tidy premises and good attentive service. Was first time visit and will definitely come back and recommend to others

Great brunch menu, food lovely but service a little lacking. Wrong dish came twice. Offered a drink on the house but this was still itemised on the bill. We hadn't time to flag it given the meal had taken so long - we had a train to catch.

I won’t be coming back the breakfast is not worth it’s money bacon hard and burnt sausage must have reheated I don’t know any other way they can be that dry and hard the only positive wast the staff was friendly the food I barely touched I don’t know what happed to the fresh orange juice to make it taste so grim but again left a full glass. As did my partner never again.

Needs more attention to detail, glass is filthy! Waited 10mins for a new burger bun which shouldn’t take that long food came out my cheese was not even melted. Milkshake was lumpy clearly rushed will not be returning nobody did a check back yes you’re busy but do a check back. Nobody wearing a face mask but signs are still up toilets are dirty as well. Work definitely needs doing nobody come here unless you want to run to the toilet

Warm comfy ambiance with a friendly staff, great drinks, and great food. Offering sandwiches, salads, burgers, tapas, and more. Two levels for dining and even a terrace. I could easily become a regular.
