Costa Coffee in West Oxfordshire

Coffee to usual Costa decent standard. Staff always friendly and helpful in this very busy place.

Too less staff and extremely late service. Being from North east it's so difficult to have such a slow service. The staff works so leisurely that we have to wait even when there is less queue. It's was busy when I visited but just one staff working at a time. Definitely needs either more staff or quick service

Did I really hear 'hopefully you'll cheer up after a coffee' after a very long wait for no apparent reason and having to go back for a new lid as it wasn't put on correctly. Wow.

Can't thank the staff enough at your carteron branch.. this morning 23/02/2022 for the help they gave me. Excellent customer service and always friendly and approachable! I had a private issue and they couldn't have been more helpful if I could give them an award I would do..I was already a happy customer of this wonderful coffee shop and even more so now** thank you so so much 😊

The ladies are always so helpful, kind and understanding. I have medical issues and my wife has just had a shoulder operation. They go out of their way to make our pitstop or my drawing mornings as easy as possible.

Sunday morning visit. Bought x4 croissants and cakes and all were dry and clearly days old.

Nice coffee, seasonal specials are always nice. Friendly staff

Lovely Costa. When we are in the area we always pop by and family visit us there as it's their favourite place in Carterton too - it's never too busy or loud and just a perfect place to catch up with people, do a bit of work or just relax!Gemma at Costa is always a pleasure too. As are most of the staff!

Loving going in for my almost daily tea, my husband is obsessed with their cappuccino but lately (even in this weather) he's getting their smoothies. Friendly staff, we go in and we don't even have to order anymore, they know what we order. Everything about Costa feels like home, you're allowed to enjoy yourself and I'm just glad they actually serve tea. I don't like coffee but I highly recommend the caramel cortado, I put in plenty of sweetener to sweeten the deal, that probably helped, my husband said it tasted like a cake 😉.The carrot cake is very nice, the cookies are amazing, the blueberry muffin was the best I've every had, so soft, moist and sweet, the cinnamon brioche bun is just the cinnamon swirl you deserve and a chocolate a caramel bun I had was a little dry on the outside but overall incredibly tasty.PS brownie is lovely and gooey and the millionaire's shortbread is messing but exactly as I remember from my childhood.
