One of my fav places to go for a cheeky Indian. Lovely staff, lovely food, less star is could use a little modernising but this doesn't reflect on their food

Ordered from here a few weekends back. Went to collect my order at the time I was told the food would be ready and was left waiting for another 30 minutes. Got my order home and it was incorrect- food missing and wrong meals given. When I called back I was told it was my own fault for having not checked the order before going home. The food I was given was disgusting. Sweet and sour sauce tasted like vinegar and the chicken was tough. Food very greasy and flavourless. Will never visit here ever again. Avoid at all costs

Had a really good meal at The Curry Paradise. Service was also excellent. Will become a regular!

Was meant to be a special celebration day but we were lookeddown on and ignored by this one waiter who was not helpful with any questions we asked as we were not familiar with the food. Request for drinking water was ignored and when we finally got it was strait from the counter hot tap . What a shame would not recommend if you look different sorry☹

Visited Curry Paradise after winning a Facebook competition. As always the service was first class, the whole team are very attentive. We did not have long to wait for our meals. The food was tasty and well seasoned, just what you want in a good curry.Thank you for our meals, just having to pay for the extras was a bonus. We will definitely be back.

Having ordered only once from this restaurant, I'm not overly impressed and will be sure to not order from here again. Having paid over £40 for the meals and to be delivered, I was told that it would arrive within 1 hour. The food did not arrive by the hour, so I began phoning them to enquire as to the the location and ETA for our meals. 45 minutes later and still no answer, I then decided to drive to the restaurant and request for a full refund. Conveniently a delivery driver arrived as I was pulling out of the main road. I did not continue with the journey to the restaurant but rather spoke with the delivery driver. He was a very polite man and was extremely apologetic for the inconvenience this had caused us. I stated that I would still be attempting to contact the restaurant for at least some means of compensation for the hassle caused. As for the food. It was average. It wasn't the nicest food I have tried in the area but by no means bad. The chicken was surprisingly delightful and found the the appetisers were good but the portion sizes are not particularly big and rather expensive for what you get.Overall, the food is nice but customer service is not good. If you're considering this restaurant, you may possibly have better luck with going in to dine opposed to ordering.UPDATE 10/01/2021Having had a bad first impression of this restaurant, I spoke with a manager, who kindly offered a free meal in compensation. This time round, there was an exceptional improvement and can honestly say that their customer service and quality of food is much better than first time round!Well done. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that hasn't yet tried them and make up your own mind.

Fantastic curry house, first time eating in house and had a lovely time. Great staff. The lamb shank is unmissable, and the rest of our meal was delicious too.I wouldn't recommend the prawn cocktail starter...but then that was my bad for ordering a prawn cocktail at a curry house! Will look forward to coming again.
Hello t.
Had amazing food delivered for many years, however tonight, we ordered a starter 2 main courses and sides with bread and rice Cost over £60... the food was bland and lacked flavour, Possibly frozen or cutting back on quality products??? Feeling disappointed and will be a while before we consider a take away from here,- if ever again!

Visited on a Sunday and took advantage of the Banquet deal. Excellent value at £9.99 for 3 courses and a side. Friendly and attentive service. The food was good but nothing outstanding. All portion sizes were a bit small and delivered to the table a bit on the cold side. The table cloths could have been cleaner. The hand soap in the toilets had been replaced with fairy liquid which was...unusual. The ambience and decor felt a bit muddled, authentically Indian but not overly cosy or presentable.
