Domino's Pizza Carterton in West Oxfordshire

Where do I start. It’s supposed to be easy and handy to order from a dominos but my god this is the worst dominos Iv come across. Iv ordered from here like 5 times and every time something is wrong. Order is wrong . Order is missing an item … double decadence has none in it even though I paid extra for that. When items were missing I rang over 30 TIMES!!!!!! No answer. I couldn’t go down to the store as my children where in bed and husband away. Next time I ordered I went in and they said they would put the items on for free … I get home and can you believe items were missing again … don’t bother with this place. Caprinoes around the corner or the Italian does take away pizza too

Waited for 2 pizzas and arrived luke warm and no ordered coleslaw, driver did say she would go back to store and collect, but said no as most of pizza would have been eaten so no point. Latest of bad experiences, no apology, no refund, will not be returning.

I ordered a few months ago and waited an hour and a half for my food to arrive before I called to ask where it was. It took ages for someone to answer the phone. When my food was delivered it was freezing. I decided to reorder tonight in the hope it had improved. 2 hours and 15 mins in and still no delivery. No answer to my calls either. AVOID!

Great service , and I can see is really short staff there they working hard and doing the best they can . I wish I could help , but i do understand they are is short with staff . The pizza is tasty and who was on service she was friendly.

Normally a good service but Tonight was absolutely appalling by the lady who's said she is management. Hung up on me numerous times, laughed at me down the phone, the list could go on to be fair. She clearly shouldn't be working in a customer based environment when she has no respect for paying customers. I felt like I was on the phone to a stroppy teenager...But I think they'd have more respect!!!

My wife and I were super tired, having just moved into a new house. We ordered a medium tuna pizza to save the time and effort of cooking.It cost £18.99. It took an hour to arrive. It was a tepid rag. I'm not ordering from here again.

If you like being Hung up on and sworn at by the girl who claims she's the manager then this is the place for you. We are regular customers and she has to be the most disrespectful person to have worked there.

Ricardo was amazing, quite simply the best service I have ever had from a takeaway or restaurant. He was able to adapt and flex to my changing scenario due to work and ensure we had the most fresh food possible. Thank you so much Ricardo. Really made me appreciate what a fantastically brilliant service is available here. Amazing customer service. 👌

Good pizzas, prompt delivery , given 4 instead of 5 as my son did a collection recently and waited 15 mins when his pizza was sat waiting for collection the whole time he was stood there and staff said it wasnt ready, but when we have had delivery it has always been good.

Standard dominos but with friendlier than usual staff. Orders always ready on time. There’s also a good amount of sitting inside too.
