Eden Cafe in West Oxfordshire

What a treat, a cafe where everything on the menu is vegan! The food was great and the service was quick. We will definitely visit again.

Lovely staff, comfortable atmosphere. Had a mocha and a sausage roll, both went down nicely, I may come again tomorrow for something from their kitchen!

Now totally vegan and no longer gives celiacs who are not vegan the option to have a safe gluten free meal unless it’s vegan. So frustrating as celiac is a medical necessity not the current trendy diet choice. Was a delight when you could choose vegan/ non vegan options. Lovely place and great staff but feels unfair that the choice to not be vegan is no longer there

Great food. Friendly serving staff.Eclectic decor with simple tables and mismatched chairs. But none of that matters, as the cafe has its heart in the right place by serving tasty vegan food that's good value.Dog friendly, too.

Called at Eden Cafe for lunch and took our dog. My Greek toasted sandwich was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed the sticky ginger cake - both gluten-free. I also liked the ginger tea. What a gem!

Food is great, the staff is nice. But what's the point of opening at 9 and closing at 4? I wish I could have a coffee or pastry before or after work but they're always closed.. at least try to open earlier..

I've been Vegetarian for 13 years and Vegan for 3 years. I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the best vegan breakfast I've ever had. The cafe is cozy and comfortable (and Covid-19 safe, they encourage you to check in, wear masks, sanitise hands etc. I visited in November 2021), the staff are all very friendly and there was a nice diversity of patrons. I didn't feel awkward eating alone. The cafe also has a lovely range of cakes and hot drinks you can take away rather than eat in. I've bought a sticky ginger slice to try later for pudding. The highlight for me was the breakfast, it's truly lovely to have a tasty hot breakfast that isn't just Heinz beans, half a tomato and meat substitutes. Would definitely recommend!

I think this may be the best vegan restaurant in Witney. Certainly it serves the best oat milk flat white. Bonus is that they are dog friendly inside and outside. Made a real difference in the rain today. Service was very fast and friendly. Lovely selection of vegan faire.

I ordered Mocha and it was disgusting, very watery and tasteless. I understand that this is a vegan cafe but the taste is important. I ordered a flavored latte at the same price £3.30 but only got it in a small cup for a medium price.

Always great to find a totally vegan eatery. It's so much more relaxing for this lifelong vegan to eat in a place where cross contamination with meat or dairy is an impossibility. I think the savoury offering is stronger than the sweet, despite the array of cakes on offer and the menu is a little (plant-based) cheese heavy but I hope they go from strength to strength and I will visit again whenever I'm in Witney.
