I came here back in april and was meant to leave a review then but completely forgot. I remembered now as I am sitting in my room thinking about how amazing the coffee was with the pecan loaf that I had. I would love to be able to make that loaf myself or have it again. If you are stopping by I would highly recommend you stop in and have a nice coffee. Or a sandwich, cannot forget the ham and cheese toastie, so simple but amazing

The sourdough sandwich was absolutely delicious and the assistant very pleasant. The atmosphere was good and they actually stocked more than the usual number of teas so I was able to have my favourite of Lemongrass and ginger!!!I'd go there again any day.

Great decaf coffee and collection of cakes. Simple decor, light and airy with communal tables for working as well as smaller tables for socialising. Nice.

We stopped here for breakfast whilst in the area on gallery deliveries. Eynsham is a very pretty village and Lyalls was very prominent near an open junction with parking right outside and also nearby. We could tell it is very popular with local people which is always good and the staff were friendly and polite too.We ordered a white coffee, a breakfast tea and two ham and cheese toasted sandwiches which came to £16.75.The sandwiches were made with sourdough bread, nice cheese and proper ham, not processed. They were very tasty! The bakery bread and pastries looked really good too but we weren’t shopping for those today.Thank you :)

Below average sadly, been before and it was good. Had the French toast that was soggy and not like it's meant to be, and the bacon with it was also odd. Also tried the Caprese melt, it has the wrong balance of ingredients basically all pesto with little cheese. If you charge top money it has to be better. The wait for the food was way too long, and our food didn't come together.

Very pleasant surroundings, staff helpful, quiet (Wednesday mid morning) Cappuccino nice along with the lemon drizzle cake. Also has customer WiFi with password clearly shown on the wall! Just saw the bacon sandwich, wow, having that on my next visit!

Lovely, cozy cafe. I visited around lunchtime, the stock of pastries and other home made things was great, as it was the menu to order. I had French toast with maple bacon and creme fraiche (I know! 🐷) it was superb!!! Menu was simple but everything delicious. The customers ranged from mums with toddlers, to solo visitors and laptops, to contractors in white vans...basically, all sorts. Free wifi. There was an art workshop for kids going on which, given it is school hols, was great for the parents, see photos.Parking in the village could be difficult, depending the time. I was lucky. 100% recommended.
