Mario's Pizza Chipping Norton in West Oxfordshire

Staying here for a couple of days for work, been both nights, amazing food, great friendly and engaging staff. Would highly recommend

Food was good, a good selection available and reasonably priced. Staff friendly, all you can ask really!

I have been ordering from Mario's since they have opened has always been my favourite pizza locally never had an issue untill recently. There was a minor problem with my order.. 4 sauces missing. Rang them to see if they could come back as we aren't far from them and maybe the driver just left them in the back seat or something to be told at first I never ordered sauces and then explaining I had he said yes they was in the bag which they wasn't and started calling me a liar and shouting over the phone, passing me to different people, all over sauces 🙈 Just there whole mannar and the way they spoke was so rude. Told us they would bring them and then just didn't bother. I'm not sure if it's new people or not but completely bad customer service

Would not take collection order over phone. They're so rude it's not real. Go elsewhere... unbelievable

It took 2 and a half hours to be delivered when they said 45 minutes for delivery.. the food was cold and they got the order wrong! Will never order from them again

I love these pizzas, a wide variety and fast delivery. Would be five stars but they sometimes mix up the orders or forget an ingredient. Recommend

Good place, only tried once but got a pizza and my picky kids loved it. I wasn’t expecting much when I walked in, but the guy behind the counter was nice and service was quick.Haven’t tried anything else yet, seems like a bit of a grab bag but I’d recommend it for the pizza for sure

Staying away for work and thought I'd give this place a try. What can I say, it didn't disappoint. Had a doner wrap and it was the best I've ever had from anywhere. The food was lovely and fresh and the service was great.5* hygiene rating tooHighly recommended

Tried here for the first time the other night. Had 2 pizzas which were ready in 15 mins. Very impressed. Tasty pizzas and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again.

I have to say, this place gets a bad reputation on reviews, but the pizza was magnificent. I'd suggest pick-up to avoid the delivery issues. The only minus was the chicken on one pizza was a bit manky looking and tasted a bit old. The pepperoni pizza, however, was probably the best pizza I've had in years. Avoid the chicken and you should be safe. If you don't like the kebabs here, let me remind you, the name of the restaurant is Mario's PIZZA.
