Mcdonald's Restaurants in West Oxfordshire

The extremely narrow drive thru is always absurdly busy and painfully slow moving so if you are in a hurry avoid this place at all costs. Doesn’t help that the car park can fit all of about 10 cars in it so good luck finding a space to park if you want to avoid queuing. Oh and the food, stone cold and almost always missing some part of your order. Do the fries come out of the workers wages? So stingy with them.

Pretty slow service.Went for breakfast after an early journey down to Witney. Ordered on the self-service screens and it then took 15 minutes for the food to be prepared.Drinks looked like they had been stood a while - the tea had those 'scummy' bits floating on top that normally appear when the teabag has been in for a while.

Really bad experience here, there was an issue with payment for a car ahead of us and we were held up in the drive through between ordering our food and paying. When we got our food it was cold and some of the bread had gone hard like it had been sitting on the side during the whole time we were waiting to pay and collect. Not impressed.

Drive through, get sent to the carpark most times which is full of delivery cars and bikes so nowhere to park, 10 minutes later food might arrive , always stone cold and 20% of the time wrong, but they know when you get home, who’s going all the way back to complain, don’t think I’ve ever ever had a hot big tasty even when sitting in , get what you pay for I guess

Long waiting only for happy meal, but nice and clean, Darren Happy Man, very kind and really look after the restaurant, don’t see early that clean 5* only for Darren😉

Utter shambles of a place, wait in the drive thru for 15 mins No movement at all. So go inside and find the place run by youngsters with no guidance or support by any management. All giggly behind the counter not doing any work but on their phones. 30 min wait for food. Total shambles of business.

Ordered on app, went to pick up. Was waiting 15 minutes, food lukewarm and things missing that you don't find out till you're home. App is absolutely rubbish for reporting mistakes

Absolute disgusting service & experience, trainee manager failed to do her job correctly,even though was getting shadowed by another manager, both refused to give name as had no name tag as failed to get my order correct the first time via drive through!!! & out of nowhere from behind me another colleague supervisor/manager called LUKE told me to shut up from behind & told the colleague serving me to give me a refund i believe he was starting his shift. Terrible incompetent staff who seem like they run the store according to their own discretion.... an undercover AUDIT IS DEFINITELY REQUIRED.

I don't know what it is about this branch of McDonalds but after living here a few years and tried it a few times the food is always either luke warm or stone cold. NEVER has the food been hot. If you get it delivered, expect it to be even colder.

Drive through was extremely busy but it was 10 AM 23rd December. Staff at the counter were polite and pleasant to me, the manager was pitching in to help with nothing to much trouble be it a mop bucket being removed or taking orders outside to those who were waiting.
