New Peppers Tandoori in West Oxfordshire

Terrible 40 mins late, complete rip off, food clack cold ,didn't get what we ordered. only Got two stars cos delivery girl was really friendly and polite

Never ordering again. Ordered 2 Chicken Korma’s last night. 55 minutes later the food arrived. The sauce was warm but the chicken stone cold. Usually when you have a curry there are 5/6 pieces of chicken. Not from here. 3 pieces for my wife and 2 for me. Joke. Go somewhere else.

Unfortunately my delivery took almost 2 hours to arrive this evening! I was very disappointed by this! The only saving grace was the fact the food was nice and it came with a side salad and dip. Otherwise very disappointed, would have been nice to have a call to say they were running late.

If you are fishing linear, don't order from here!!!!!I was shocked by the quality of this food, this meal cost £21 which due to the quality it was over priced, unseasoned and I'm 99% sure there stock is from Tescos. Upon eating my meal I was extremely shocked to find hair inside the batter of my chicken wings, and not just a single strand but several, pulling another persons hair out the gaps in my teeth was revolting. Then I tried the poppadoms and to my suprise, more hair, and not the same colour as the last lot. I was shocked by this disgusting, over rated food, and I honestly haven't seen anything this bad in years.The terrible experience with the restaurant was only reinforced when I tried to call and have my complaint sorted, but was merely pushed aside by who I suspected to be the manager, telling me I was wrong and his working conditions were perfect, he took my number and assured he'd call me back but as of yet nothing.It was like something out of kitchen nightmare though I'm sure even Gordon couldn't save this one.

Our favourite Indian takeaway so far in the OX29 area and will be our new Go-To Indian!fresh and hot dishes, delivered exactly when they said they would.I asked for extra spicy pasanda and they delivered! Usually other places have just thrown in some red chilli but New Peppers added actual Chili peppers and it's was SPECTACULAR!But the standout dish was the chicken nilgiri Korma - fresh mint and coriander was spectacular!we also had a chicken Patia which was delicious and super fresh, what made it so good was the sauce was perfectly thick and flavourful - perfectly tangy and spicy.it's a shame they have a couple of negative reviews online, because we must have tried so many different takeaways before this, but this was the best one by a mile!

The worst Indian meal my partner and l have ever had. King prawn biryani was cold and contained that wonderful indian ingredient Brussel Sprouts????it was disgusting. My King Prawn tikka masala was also cold and tasteless.ln our opion neither of these meals contained King prawns they were monk fish tails. We had never tryed this restaurant before and never will again. We will stick to our usual takeaway. Ahmed so superior to this disgusting place. If our experience was anything to go by l'm amazed they are still in business

Delivery was very late, when it arrived the food was inedible.Rice was full of water, over cooked chicken in both dishes. Grease running off of the chips.Wouldn’t order again

Not ordered with this company before, and won't be again. The portion were so small. The started was to spicy I had to put it in the bin. The curry was so oily it looked like a baby had thrown up in it. No taste at all.

Have ordered the same food quite regularly now and it's absolutely spot on. My only complaint - which stops me giving four stars - are the naans. The first time I ordered a garlic and cheese naan. I couldn't taste either the garlic or the cheese. Next time I went for just cheese and again, it feels like there's no cheese on it. When I order now I do have to add my own cheese at home, such is the minuscule amount, which I really shouldn't have to do. More cheese please!

New peppers is by far my favourite curry in Witney. My orders have always been made really quickly and the curry's are big and tasty (plus the pricing is really good). I would say my favourite dish is the chicken tikka masala which is a really good traditional variant, not too sweet and with a lot of spices and flavour. The onion bajis are also really crispy. Ab9ve all, the guys are really friendly and have never gotten the order wrong. They usually chuck in a few extra popaddoms here and there. Love it!! If you haven't tried out new peppers I would 100% recommend doing so 😁.
