Peking Chef in West Oxfordshire

Disappointed. Waited ages and food was not as good as we had hoped wantons were cremated and very dry. Other dishes were Overcooked too and the sweet and sour sauce was very gloopy

Worst takeaway in witney order in advance and not ready when u get there and told it going to.be another 30 minutes wait why ring and order and be given time and it not be ready

So this place's address was wrong on google, so we got there ages after it was ready, subsequently it was cold. Informed the lady on the phone about the details and she didn't seem bothered. A majority of the dishes were tasteless and bland.

Our go to takeaway every time, always lovely food and great portions.

Our favourite takeaway- we use it every time. Food is always delicious and service quick and friendly. X

Ordered from here through uber eats. They lost my order so Peking Chef made me a new order for free, and it was delicious and really fairly priced. Super happy with this takeaway!

Absolutely appalling customer service!Placed an order for delivery (which was late). The order turned up with dishes missing and dishes we hadn’t ordered. My wife called to explain the situation only to be put on hold for twenty minutes. At this point I took the food to the shop and witnessed the staff put the phone down on my wife.Explained the situation, didn’t receive an apology but just got told I put the phone down because we are too busy! Once they checked the order I got told they’d replace the missing dishes. I asked for a fresh order so the food would all be the same temperature only to be told I’d have an hour + wait. I then asked for a refund only to be told no refunds available because it was ordered through Uber.Customers waiting got involved in telling the manager that the customer service was a joke!Avoid this place!!!

AVOID!Order given to somebody else - who returned it whilst I was still waiting for mine....Then given directly over to me - absolutely not Covid safe AND cold!New meal requested.Lots of shouting in the kitchen.20 minutes later a bag was handed over (which was not terribly warm)Arrived home - food not complete and cold, clearly not re-heated enough!Called - was told the remainder would be delivered in 20 minutes.Not bad when I had called to order a take away 1 hour and 50 minutes earlier!Won't be using again and strongly recommend others don't too.....shocking service for a cold and poorly presented meal.
