Asked for a large kebab and chips and gave me 4 pieces of hard donor meat, which was cold, tried to charge me an extra £2.50 for some lettuce on the other chips I ordered and then to top it all off, they gave me mint yoghurt instead of garlic mayonnaise when I’m allergic to mint. Really would not recommend if you want a good place to get a kebab from go king kebabs in Carterton.

Seen some negative reviews of this place. However tried it. Liked it....loved it. The chicken is delicious. Staff are friendly and is now our go to place for chicken 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

We love Sorros! Never had a bad meal from there. Always arrives hot. There can sometimes be a long wait HOWEVER I believe that it shows the popularity of the place. If there is a long wait they always apologise on delivery. If you want it quicker go and collect. Good customer service, reasonably priced and portion sizes are decent! I feel safe using my card at this place, given other establishments in Carterton who continually have customers cards cloned and then get fraudulent activity on their account happen I KNOW this will not happen with Sorros. We will continue to use them as long as we live in the area and fancy a takeaway treat!

We were told the wait time for our order was 1 hour 30 mins. We called up after 1 hour 50 mins, to be told it would be another 25 mins. Came 45 mins later so waited a total of 2 hours 45 mins for 2 meals to be delivered on a Wednesday! When the food arrived it was cold. Won’t be going back.

Good food at relatively good prices. A bit slow at times but still worth it

Shockingly long wait while 4 people who ordered after me were served ( and not small meals either) I would probably still be there now if I hadn't asked where my food was. Using your delivery service as an excuse doesn't cut it when you had quite clearly forgotten my order.

POOR DELIVERY SERVICE!! Ordered online for delivery, unfortunately they do not give you a time until payment is made. Estimated 90 minutes but took 2 hours despite living on the same estate, regardless of delivery time the food was very good and hot when it arrived. I will not use the delivery service again..

Good pizza place, way better than domino's in my opinion. Friendly guys in there. I have had a few different types of pizza and sides from here, all have been nice. The only slightly disappointing thing is you don't get a dip with it and I forget to order it every time. All in all way better than the big chains, nice and quick service and good reasonably priced food.

Amazing experience. First time in UK, went on a road trip and stopped to grab a pizza. The owner was very kind and offered a bottle of water, some chips and garlic sauce. Couldn't be more cozy!Very tasty pizza ingredients
