Starbucks Witney in West Oxfordshire

I was served by a young blonde girl at 12 20pm ,I went to pay cash to which she was very rude ,I proceeded to pay by card .. I took my seat opposite the counter and watched walk out the back say to the young brown hair girl about me wanting to pay cash and looked at my with a filthy look ..her manners need looking at or retraining !!

I found small pieces of foil/plastic in my milkshake

Lovely drink, but what a shame to see them through away all the cakes at the end of the day. Especially when someone brought a good to go meal before they were gone, he waited at the till for 5 minutes. They should have waited to see if anyone had the deal. Doesn't cost anything to show a bit of compassion. Otherwise, would recommend.

Staff lovely, but toilets dirty & don't appreciate having to pay 5p per cup on top of drink.

Poor! Trued the new caramel waffle latte .. tasted like milk with a sugar, no flavour at all . Lady was on her own serving and making drinks so not sure if my drink was rushed! Always a bit hot and miss the witney branch .

Really friendly staff and quick service. Coffee was delicious.

So happy to find a coffee shop that knows how to adhere to and maintain social distancing. All tables cleaned, customers asked to fill in track & trace. Well done Starbucks and well done to the staff here. Also, my first pumpkin spiced latte, yum...

I would like to say thank you to the incredible people for keeping a smile on my face through lockdown! Every delivery order has been 5+ star!

Coffee was good, as usual but the service was awful. One server, messed up the till then left another server to clear it. I told her there was no paper in the toilet but she stood and talked to her friends leaving the one and only other server to work the till and make the drinks. I could have paid the same 25 foot away for my coffee, at Costa, next time I will.

Have got used to Starbucks over last few weeks as they provide take away, so much so that I have converted from Costa/Nero.Pleased to see that they take the present situation serious and put into place everything that is required and sticking to it. Top job guys
