Popped in for a quick drink on a sunny Sunday. Nice outdoor area next to stream. Friendly staff. Couldn't do food as we hadn't pre booked

I am a difficult person to please! I often struggle a little in a pub environment but not here, friendliest service I have ever had! It was completely genuine! The foods superb, creative menu ideas. This pub is a must for anyone who is looking for quality. I visited with my friend arrived around 4.30pm had a relaxed drink and chatted with the staff. Ordered my food at 5.30pm. Food arrived quickly, was hot and served perfectly. Thank you for completing a lovely day, had visited Blenheim Palace with my friend, the staff mentioned the grave of Sir Winston Churchill which we visited after our meal.A big thank you to the owner and all the staff!

Had Sunday lunch with partner and friends and have to say it was amazing, food was fantastic served by great staff and manager, we were made to feel very welcome in this cosy proper pub,so to anyone wanting great food in an old fashioned style pub then look no further you won't be dissapointed.

Fabulous birthday supper, large portions and first class service

What a lovely welcome - a proper pub! We only wanted a sandwich lunch, they came with perfect chips and a little salad with a lovely dressing. Good wine & choice of local beers. Great service, beautifully clean outside loo, very friendly and professionally run!

Sat in here now and it's fantastic! Beautiful old English pub, fire places, great selection of ales, larger, and cider. Plus the barmaid was brilliant! Made me feel at home instantly. Perfect place to visit after a walk around Blenheim, or just in general.

What a lovely pub.Great food. Bug tasty portions of very well cooked dishes. They taste very homemady but with nice presentation.There are such an interesting and cosy interior.Its beautifully located.The only negative thing is the toilets ate outside and I during our visit they were not very clean.Overall, good place for romantic or family dinner.
