Lovely pub with friendly staff. Food was really good and a decent price. There was a bit of a wait, but it was busy and we were kept informed. Would happily reccomend and will revisit soon.

Lovely food & great selection of beers. Staff were very accommodating. We attended with 2 children under 5... Portions were great!

Superb Sunday lunch for 10 including 2 small children. Staff very helpful and friendly. We weren't rushed. Very enjoyable, would definitely recommend.

Worst Sunday lunch experience I have ever had. Waited over an hour for food, then the wrong thing arrived. Literally overheard the manager joking about the staff having PTSD after the lunch rush. When I complained the manager wouldn’t apologise and said we should have known it would be a long time as they were busy. They clearly overbook the restaurant (we had a reservation) and then think it’s acceptable to wait for food for over an hour.I have never had a manager be as rude as this woman was. Not to mention patronising! I even got free parenting advice. You couldn’t pay me to go back there.

Lovely welcoming atmosphere and super service with a smile. Great menu and best Sticky Toffee Pud in the UK. Don't hesitate.

Last minute 'date' night out. SO glad we went here. The food was incredible, the service was great and the price was good too! I already can't wait to return and bring friends/families!

What an outstanding pub. Great location, warm and friendly staff and customers and 5 Star food as well. Went there multiple times in the week and it was always perfect with a very homely welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend the Steak & Ale and Steak & Stilton pies and the Tribute beer went down well too.

Fantastic food. We had a great Sunday lunch here. Really tasty. Service was a bit slow but it was so busy we completely understood why. Staff were lovely too.

Had a lovely meal here last night, ordered the pan roasted trout which was delicious. Recommended.

Outstanding service from Sally and the food was unbelievable.Actually was to much food.One of the best roasts I have ever had.Well done guys.Will Be back :-)
