Chips were raw and looked very pale. Bought 5 meals tonight total waste of money. They have lost my custom for this poor customer experience.

Nice and friendly. But - I wish they would cook the chips properly. Sometimes on busy evenings (when under queue pressure) the chips can be served out just slightly under cooked.

Having moved to West Oxfordshire a few years ago we tried to find a good fish and chip shop and we've tried many within a 15 mile radius. Harbour offers good quality fish, tasty crispy batter and the portions are ample. I can't believe someone on here suggests they're small portions. Friendly staff, well wrapped and efficient quick service.

If you want great looking packaging this is the place to go. Seems All the money you spend goes on their packaging as it doesn't go on the food you expect to eat.Don't get me wrong the tiny portion you get served is nice although it's not alot.You get more fish and chips in a McDonald's fish finger happy meal that you dont have to spend almost £9 on.Me personally I would stay away till the can sort the portion size out.
