We had dinner here on Friday night having just arrived in the Cotswolds, we were half an hour late for our booking and yet the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating even though they were extremely busy! The service was wonderful the food absolutely delicious and they were dog friendly too. Happy to recommend and hope to come back one day.

Fabulous seafood that gets delivered direct from Cornish coast. Chef Matt is a real master in his presentation and bringing out the best flavours of his food. Nice ambiance. All staff are knowledgable and attentive.

Excellent food in a lovely Cotswold pub setting. The chicken and leek pie was outstanding, Bream also good. Daughter had the crispy beef salad which I was lucky enough to finish off. Very enjoyable meal.

What a wonderful pub to spend an evening 😌The menu is seasonal which affects the professionalism and high quality of taste. The staff was very friendly and we both agreed that we ate the best pies we have ever had - venison, onion and red wine pie ❤️🔥 Could not resist to order the desserts too. Highly recommended!

Went for family dinner in late December - pub has really warm and friendly vibe, staff were great, food was great, would highly recommend. Fish specials particularly good - particularly the Crab starter and the Sea Bass. We took our 8 and 10 year old kids and they liked the food and were made very welcome, which is not always the case in pub restaurants.

This is a great pub, and so glad we had Sunday lunch there. The food was tasty and well prepared, along with good service. It was a teeny bit cramped and the service could have been a bit quicker. It is great that the pub has been refurbished when reopened and it has clean loos. There is not much parking but if you are able to walk comfortably it's good to have a wee stroll afterwards. Maybe they should have 1 disabled bay right beside the pub, just a thought.

Stopped by in early September on an overcast day. Sat outside around back, and ordered four appetizers for our late lunch. We had the duck, sourdough bread, curry soup and the roasted beet with goat cheese and hazelnut salad. All of it was lovely and enough for 2.Washed it down with a ruby-colored ale. What a treat!

Welcoming pub with great service, lovely food and a relaxed atmosphere.Me and two friends came here after a weekend cycle. The portions were large for lunch time sandwiches and very good value for money. The whole menu really looked delicious. The service was also very good, really polite and fast. There is also free parking just over the road next to the park.
