Quite sub-par. The drinks aren't cold, the food is mislabeled and quite disappointing quality. You'd need some fairly low standards to be at all pleased at this cafe. Must try harder.

An excellent range of quick lunches ranging from salads, to sandwiches, to hot food (home made pizza slices, sausage rolls, etc) as well as sweet treats that seem to be regularly restocked! I'm impressed with the staff, who are all very friendly (as well as the very friendly ducks!), always have a smile on their faces and are very welcoming and seem to be very on top of things, especially since the new management took over. I believe there are also good snacks for kids there too.

Was impressed with this cafe, it was well maintained and had a brilliant range of cakes, light lunches and hot and cold drinks. The cakes were delicious and the sandwiche I had was fresh. The only downside is that when I went back in later in the day a lot of stuff had sold out.

Lovely selection of cakes, as well as pizza slices, sausage rolls etc. All a bit expensive, but only what you'd expect. Good outside seating front and back.

The catering lets down the whole Blenheim palace experience, not hot food just rolls or sandwiches, no children’s options, looking at the other comments this has been going on for years ! I think the catering is outsourced so they don’t care.

Atrocious Staff. Rude, and unhelpful at the service counter. Tables full of empty cups and plates and when we tried to clear the tables ourselves to make some space for us to sit, the lady refused to take them and told us some one would come to clear up. No one came to clear up, so we sat on a table to eat our lunch which was full of someone else's rubbish. When we placed our order at the counter, the server wandered off for a while half way through making our order with no explanation or apology when they got back.Really disappointing service since the food and drinks aren't exactly cheap.

Not much selection when we visited as most items were gone from the cases. Line was very long and slow as the cashier was also the staff member who made espresso drinks.

Used to serve a nice soup-of-the day with rustic bread. Now mostly cold offerings with sausage rolls and pasties the only warm items.
