Upton Firehouse in West Oxfordshire

Loved the Harissa Brisket and IPA brewed on site. Good service but a little chilly inside so would recommend bringing a jumper in colder months. Good service

I saw the “Upton smokery” sign passing to work last week. I told my partner about it when I got home and decided that the 45 minute car journey may be worth it. We had a Sunday roast today, it was AMAZING. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and so tasty, a generous amount of meat and potatoes were also served up along with gravy and Yorkshire pudding. We had just enough room for a pudding- which also met high expectations- delicious!Staff was lovely which came with great service. I would not hesitate to recommend this great place. I am in fact going back in two weeks time for the BBQ night to try that out. I don’t mind paying slightly higher for great food and service... 5* well done to Sam, Jak and the team

The Price is expensive for smoked food. Can get similar food for cheaper elsewhere. Food tastes good. I had the salmon salad and a hummus bread that came up to £20 its self as the meat was too expensive.

Well worth the visit 👍Restaurant reminded my of barn dance days 😅Large open barn, with smoker at one end and a small, but selectively stocked bar at the other.For those popping in to the Aladdin's cave of a shop or the distillery, which has a good range of both wines and spirits, you can sit with a drink and enjoy the smells of 'home cooked' food.

Amazing food and very friendly/helpful staff. Recommend stopping off if you are in the area or driving by. We had the smoked platter and it was all brilliant but the brisket was one of the best things I've ever eaten.

Food here is fantastic. Visited here with two friends on the Wednesday pizza night. Ordered the pepperoni pizza for myself it was extremely fresh and delicious. Also ordered a beer, they have a good selection of beverages. The menu is limited and is also dependent on what day it is so suggest check ahead if you are picky. There was no need to book befor arrival. The tables were inside the main barn and well socially distanced. The staff were brilliant and made the one of the first outings after lock down even better. Would recomend to all. Ample parking on fully paved. Will visit again.

My mate Matt loved his roast beef Sunday lunch. My BBQ platter was fantastic. Great space. Great food. Lovely staff. Don't miss their farm shop with some brilliant produce.

As soon you get out the car the smokey scent transports you to the southern states of USA. Came here for breakfast and was not disappointed. Would recommend the brisket on crumpets with a fried egg.

Lovely flavoured and cooked food. Great service and a different but pleasant environment. Portion sizes will impress most people.

In general ok but wouldn’t go again on purpose. Went at 1pm without a reservation and was told to come back at 3pm. Environment was noisy and crowded as there was a birthday party. The food choices were quite limited based on the price compared to other buffets. Beef brisket was nice, chicken thighs were a bit dry.
