Chococo in Winchester

Recently got some chocolate from them and it was lovely! I am quite pretentious with chocolate and I almost always find a flaw in it but this chocolate was just perfect - smooth and just delicious. I've already got a few other chocolates as gifts for friends and family.

Very busy man so writing a negative review is not something which I can afford myself the luxury. My wife visited the Winchester branch yesterday and bought a hot chocolate and a scone. The scone was stale: the serving staff disagreed; my wife backed down. She wrote a letter of complaint to the manager when home and the reply was that my wife had been offered a replacement or refund: completely fabricated. It’s the fabrication of the customer solution which is annoying. Really poor service.

Went in as I saw they did hot chocolate and I'm trying one from each shop in Winchester. So far easily the number 1, it was £3.50 for a Venezuela blend and it was definitely made with real chocolateReccomend trying it 100%

Amazing place. Divine hot chocolate....so much choice. Polite informative service. Lots of lovely gifting goodies too. Well worth the stop.

This must be the best refreshment in Winchester!!!! This place serves amazing chocolate and cakes.There are many different chocolate types to choose from so every time you visit a different experience 😋. Plus a loyalty card!Next time you're in town give it a go,you won't be disappointed 😉.

I had a cream tea voucher for Christmas that I got to use today. It was probably the most delicious hot chocolate I've ever tasted and actually at a drinkable temperature immediately! The scone was fresh and warm and very tasty. There was a range of hot chocolates to choose from which was a nice idea too. Highly recommended!

Stumbled upon this place by accident in the rain. The recommended house Madagascan 70% hot chocolate was thick, rich, smooth and velvety. Not a hot choc drinker, usually a black Americano person but found this nice and not too sweet. Would probably go for a higher Choc content in future. The hot chocolate has coffee notes in it, well worth the money and it came with a free chocolate on the side as well. Was very busy with the rain but they seem to have managed well. Get the WiFi passcode at the tills as mobile signal is bad at the back l.

One of the highlight of my trip to Winchester... This chocolate ship is amazing, very friendly staff, explain you a bit about their chocolate. They also has a great selection of hot chocolate drink. Different percentage.. if you are chocolate lover.. you can't miss this shop
