Costa Coffee in Winchester

Costa coffee is what it is. Great coffee, lots of choice. Good surroundings. Clean and tidy. Update, table spacing improved. Still great coffee.

It's a good costa if a bit slow and everyone bushes up at the end of the counter waiting for the 1 person making all the drinks.

It's a Costa, the same as all the others. The seats were a little tatty but the drinks were good and welcome on a cold day.

Very busy, service a bit slow, got order wrong, and cappuccino did not have the proper foamed milk....unusual for Costas....did look like some hassles with equipment.....might have been a good idea to let customers know though...

Dark, gloomy and in dire need of good clean. Noticed that all round serving area - baristas side - spilt coffee and chocolate powder Milk jugs looked like needed good washOn plus side when I requested my drink to be made again as it wasn't how I'd asked for it there was no hesitation in re making itToilet was very clean although sink and floor could benefit from a clean

Just stopped at Winchester services and had worst cup of coffee ever experienced! Would have taken it back had we not left the services. To add insult, it cost 3.50 fgs!!!

Really lovely, might need more staff as only one till was running the times I've gone in, but lovely staff, well maintained clean environment and great quality drinks (high praise coming from an ex-barista).

Lovely experience, Baristas were very social and kind. Crowded but they managed to do their job superbly. Atmosphere was chill and the radio was on a comfortable volume. Great selection of both food and drink, usually dissatisfied with Costas but this one was a very nice experience overall. No complaints and if the higher-ups see this, give the staff (especially the short black lady with the beautiful hair and the tall young white chap) a raise because they deserve it.

Disappointing! Ordered hot drinks and toasted sandwiches for my daughter and I. We had to wait a while (far enough, they were busy), but no napkins available at all, and they forgot not only my drink, but other customers were having to chase for forgotten orders as well. Organisation is lacking in this particular branch. Normally Costa is good.

Tried my limited Polish out on the staff!! They were very cheerful about it and despite my poor efforts praised me for trying and made me laugh. What a nice team they are at this branch! Coffee delicious as always!
