Domino's Pizza in Winchester

Ordered online. Picked up on time. The system worked. One happy child.

Lovely staff, very friendly and polite. I had a great experience.

Normally order for here and it’s fine, but my recent order was very bad; ordered a pizza, two sides and a drink, which said was delivered but wasn’t, had to phone them to see where my order was, and had to wait another 45 minutes for the pizza to come. Very bad service tonight.

Great service, quick to action even when busy. Maaaan that pizza is good!

Can you just stop sending me your overpriced pizza offers trough my letterbox ?

Went in to order face to face on Sunday. There was a confusion over offers and the guy was incredibly reasonable and ended up giving us a fantastic deal as an apology.

Well my kids love their pizza so I happen to go there every weekend...but I like the courteous staff there always willing to help...

*This review is for Dominos company-Not specific to this store*I have been a regular customer at Winchester city. I felt being rippoed off this time. Dominos family deal 24.99 2 M pizza, 2 sides -> 1 side is just a sauce. Smallest size of Dominos.This deal is total rip off. Never thought dominoz could go that low to save money.Either respect the deal or don't offer it at all.Just don't make customer feel like a looser after ordering your pizza plsRegards,

I ordered the popchick and when they arrived they were raw, as in the chicken was still pink inside. After calling and asking for the manager they offered no apologies what so ever and started making excuses saying that all the sides are precooked. After requesting a new order the second order comes and guess what... Once again the chicken is raw. Let's just say this is the first and last time I ever order from dominos.

Excellent customer service! I ordered 12 Pizza and they were patient and made sure they got my order right.And as ever, the Pizzas were as you expected and come to love. Good job!
