Farmhouse Grill in Winchester

My son ordered from here last night, he said never again! Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. No updates on order then given the excuse of they are short on drivers. Well then maybe only accept collection only until the problem is sorted.

Only got one star as I had to for us to be able to leave a review, been a customer for years now and the last few orders have been terrible! 2 hour wait and the food cold! No opology just lies, told me it can't be cold because its been sat in a bag for over 40 minutes,

Sounds like they were a victim of their own success.Was great food...but always a long wait as I can't trust ordering online or by phone due to allergies....however still ridiculous long waits and food at best is average.Like everything else in southern England...it's expensive...and poor value.Shame...has a lot of potential if they can resolve their many issues...but when it's CASH ONLY....you just know what's coming!!!

Had a doner kebab and banofee pie last night really lovely could not fault them. Please tell where you buy your banofee pies from yummy.,

Would give no stars if I could.Rung to complain about hair in the food.. accused of “making excuses” & it being my “own hair.” As a guy with a grade 0-1 it’s definitely not my own. Disgusting customer service. Rude, and ignorant attitude. Won’t be using ever again and certainly won’t be recommending. Steer clear.

Very hit and miss, their burgers are nice, but i would avoid the chicken like a rash. They regularly forget items from your order and sometimes put the wrong sauces on things. If youre going to order from here, i would play it safe and get beef or lamb, but there is a good reason I dont order from here anymore.

Never fails to delivery Great Tasting & Great portions. Usually order online & estimated delivery time is pretty much spot on or with in a 20 minute window. Delivery drivers are always very polite, as are the staf in house on the very few occasions I've ordered in person. Personally I'd recommend. ( Yes once or twice an order has been late, but I'm aware I'm not the only customer ordering, but it's enjoyed even more ).

Have got a takeaway a fair few times from them, sometimes the order is late if they are swamped but its never that far behind and the drivers are always friendly and apologetic.They have a good menu with a a lot on offer and have great extra options for each item on the menu, foods always tasty.

Only been once had the mixed grill kebab. The large chunks of meat were really well cooked and the overall portion size was well worth the money. Very quick friendly service.

How can medium kebab cost 6.30 for one stick shish kebab and Large one is 8.80 when they are 2 sticks in the large wich actually shows that one shish is 6.30 and if you order LRG you pay only 2.50 more for the 2 sticks ? Thats totaly unfair Medium shoud cost 3 £ and large shoud cost only 5 £ .
