Had a great experience here. Our server becky was great as well - really friendly and helpful. Service was great and quick. Food was tasty and we therefore couldn’t resist having a dessert as well.

Latest visit, April 2022,for an early evening meal.Not very busy at the time of our visit , but a steady increase in customers while we were there.Very good service. Meals served very quickly, hardly any waiting..Enjoyable visit.A Sunday evening (October 2019) and a visit with the family. Food was not as good as previous visits , very disappointing and have lowered my rating. Sirloin steak meal poor. No complaints about the staff.Drinks usually slow to arrive, delays after ordering and time to arrive at table.The previous return visit was made at lunchtime when the food and service were satisfactory. (August 2019)Full menu or lunchtime menu available.Very clean facilities both in Ladies and Gents.Standard Frankie & Benny restaurant.Parking easiest in the lower or upper levels of the Swan Centre.

I went to frankie and benny’s Eastleigh with my whole family, very friendly experience. Food was good, very prompt service and child friendly. Jenny our service was extremely helpful.

So so disappointing.. I'm very forgiving but this was very poor. Ordered early evening. Food was cold and not sure what was happening with the chips. Terrible.

The garlic bread starter was delicious, the mozzarella sticks had no mozzarella in them. The Mac and cheese burger was tough and my 9 year old could cook it better, the loaded bacon and cheese fries was awful with a tiny blob of plastic cheese on top. The BBQ chicken grill, well I've never had chicken as tough as that before! I could barely cut it with a knife! The only decent thing was our waitress who was really apologetic and understanding. I usually love this place but I'm now debating whether to reattend due to the food.Basically paid £20 for 2 drinks and 2 starters.

Great experience, my daughter has coeliac disease so worries about eating out. They had a great gluten free menu & our waitress went out of her way to make my daughter feel at ease. We will definitely be returning!

They got both of my orders wrong. I ordered the vegan wings to start and the vegan hot dog. They came out with the meatball starter which I asked them to swap which was fine but it then took half an hour by which point all of my friends had finished eating. Wings came out and they weren’t great. they came out and they gave me a meatball sub and explained that they had run out of the bread, but it didn’t have any of the hot dog ingredients and they clearly put the meatball starter I didn’t eat before between two slices of bread so it was stone cold. All my friends tried some and described it as inedible, we struggles to keep it down. Staff straight up lied to us.Please don’t waste your money here every time I’ve been here has been disappointing. Bad food

Food was excellent and got to us in a timely manner as always but the main reason I'm reviewing is because of my waiter Johnny. Absolute star. So kind, happy and chatty. You really don't get waiters like that very often! He thought of every detail and service was amazing. True credit to Frankie and Benny's. Can't wait to go back!

Visited at lunchtime with some friends, the service was very fast and overall the food was good.

This is my first experience of visiting F&B's. The very first thing I have noted in this restaurant is the cleanliness of the entire restaurant and warm / friendly welcome by one of the member of their staff. The staff is exceptionally kind and very friendly. Once we ordered our food the average waiting time is about 10-15 minutes, which is acceptable. The pizza is tasty but the meatballs spaghetti is not that flavoursome. The portion sizes were not adequate. However, restaurant is very cozy and unique. Thank you.
