Giorgio's Mediterranean Restaurant and Bar in Winchester

Food and service itself was good but the menu was unimaginative.

Since newly opening up after being flooded, we tried it on Saturday. Well it was totally FAB lovely staff Barry front of house and Georgio behind bar and all his waitresses and the food was superb and very reasonably priced. Cant wait to go back very soon. Lovely cosy setting in cellar superb WELL DONE 5 STARS

Had a booking scheduled on a Friday - came out of our way especially to visit because of the high ratings and even received confirmation of our reservation beforehand. When we showed up the restaurant was closed. We were never emailed or called and given a heads up even though apparently the restaurant had been closed for 5 days. Very disappointed.

Chose this restaurant because of the reviews and I am so glad we did the food and staff are excellent, I could not fault mine and my lovely lady's experience will definitely be returning. Many thanks to all for making it a fantastic night. 🌙

Thank you so much to all the team at Giorgio's for making our wedding reception so special on Saturday 29th May 2021. After several delays to the big day due to covid we were relieved that we could finally celebrate and myself and my husband are so grateful to everything you did to make our day special. Everyone agreed the food was fantastic, the Mediterranean buffet was so tasty, plus a few requested extras of our favourite foods made it perfect. The whole place looked beautiful and we really appreciate all the effort George and the rest of the staff made in order to make our dream day come true, we can't thank you enough for all your hard work. Whether it's dinner or a party we cannot recommend Giorgio's enough, fantastic food, setting, staff and service! Plus covid safe and secure. Thank you again.

So happy to be back out for dinner, chose Giorgio’s as our first outing in a long time to celebrate our anniversary and I’m so glad we did. The staff were very nice, helpful and warming. The authentic home made food tasted great and was well priced. Look forward to go back very soon.

Amazing service as always at Giorgio's. Top quality food. The best pasta dish is Pasta Giorgio. Staff are very friendly and the service is always excellent. I love the atomosphere. Live bands on weekends. I can't recommend Giorgio's highly enough! George the owner is a top bloke. Makes you feel so welcome and special.Will be back again soon.

We are not easy people to please, especially from a food perspective, and we cannot find anything remotely constructive to say. The food, service, atmosphere and price are all exceptional. Giorgio is a warm, friendly and welcoming host who has the customer experience at the heart of everything he does. Without doubt our favourite restaurant which we cannot recommend highly enough. You will not be disappointed.

Love this wine bar and restaurant in the heart of Bishop's Waltham. Mouth-watering pizzas, top tapas. wonderful wine (read: albariño, rioja and excellent Malbec Las Pampas) and atmosphere. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, excellent service and detail. First class. Thanks, Norrie and co for the lovely visits so far.
