Happy Kitchen Chinese Takeaway in Winchester

Ordered at 7.15 for a pronised 35 mins delivery, arrived cold at 9 15. DONT order from this awful chinese place.

Amazing food! Very tasty and not greasy at all. Food arrived hot with a great delivery service. Ordered at 7:35 on a Saturday and arrived 35mins later. Faultless!

Very rude customer service, I ordered on just eat, order was confirmed then cancelled with no reason why, I tried to call using the number on Google but was invalid, found a number on just eat, called and asked why it was cancelled and was met with a very rude 'its too far bye' and was then hung up on, if it was too far then they need to change their distance on just eat. Disgusting customer service

Ordered from here for a while now, and the last 3 times have been horrendous!Chicken was Pink! Called to tell them that not only the chicken was pink but they forgot the sweet and sour sauce, to be met with rudeness!If I could give it less then 1 star I would!

Unbelievable. My girlfriend tried to call to ask whether an item was *gluten free* and was met with anger and poor communication with the operator thinking she was asking if it was free. Terrible customer service

I placed an order with Just Eats and Jumbo cancelled the order leaving my family without a meal. My advice: Do not order from here.

Bad customer service. A person at takeaway no speaking in English. Food really disgusting.I don't ordered anymore.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!My order of crispy shredded beef came very sloppy and chewy. I called to complain and they were quite happy to replace it, however what I received was very clearly undercooked and very much a health hazard if consumed.Their customer service and manager are great their kitchen staff are usless and have no knowledge of cooking.

Overall not that impressed, 1st time ordering from here delivery time was very good but I'd rather a 2 hr wait & have tasty food. Very chewy & bland, not worth the £40 i was stung for. I'm not a huge eater of junk food but so far Harestock Happy Valley is 4stars. Still the only 5star Chinese I've had is Pearl River Andover way. Although it may have changed been a while since ordering from there. (but this is my opinion).
