Lovely staff and best cakes

Oh Dear Lord! I found myself in Alresford this morning & popped in on a whim for a pasty. I am a world konnysewer of pasties, this was up with the best of the best. It was heaven in a pastry case, mere words cannot describe how good this was. If you're a pasty fanatic, or just like the odd one, don't miss this. I'll be back as often as possible, that's for certain.

Really nice bakery, but we can't call it that; it's a Swiss patisserie?But I say, if it walks like duck & talks like duck, then they'll sell bread, cakes & pastries etc. Which they do & very nice they are too!.. bit in the pricey side but it is a patisserie you know in Alresford too?Best place to get some 'proper' bread from in Alresford without doubt; Chelsea buns are pretty epic too. Give it a go, better than the name would have you believe! - it's a good bakery.

4 year old Granddaughter insists we visit each time she stays with us. Happy and helpful staff providing what she describes as the best hot chocolate ever. Really try hard to provide a memorable experience for her.

It was great to be able to visit Heidi's once again after several months. As always. Great service and nice coffee tea at reasonable prices.

Haven't been in for ages, but still as nice as I remember. Had a bacon, cheese and tomato turnover to accompany my coffee. Didn't hang around long enough for the photo 😀. Service was friendly.

Cosy, friendly and delicious pastries to choose from. Very warm place and staff

Have eaten here several times over the years. The cheese scones have always been a particular family favourite. However, the last batch seemed to have something missing. Has the recipe been changed? My wife really enjoyed her broccoli and bacon soup. The latte’s were extremely nice and the cost of our lunchtime snack, was extremely reasonable. The staff are polite and the service is good as well. We’ll be back another day!!

I love this little patisserie the staff have always been happy and chatty, I've been going there for years and have always gone away happy. My kids love the selection of cakes and the staff join the fun. Top marks 👍👍
