Great lunch with a friend. I had pancakes with fruit and maple syrup. I was allowed to add chocolate syrup to the side too. Pancakes were tasty. Very thick so became a bit much as they were like three sponge cakes on my plate. Ill opt for two next time. My friend was please with her vegan/vegetarian option too.

Delicious food. Great service. Very reasonably priced for this kind of food. Funnily enough when I told a friend who is local that I was visiting here he even said he was going to recommend it to me for lunch 🙂

Went to Josie's Winchester for the second time and we were happy with the experience. You cannot book for this restaurant, which is a shame, but still works anyway, and we turned up in the morning for a table for 2. We were seated straight away and the decor of the restaurant was lovely and welcoming, as were the staff.Once seated, we were given some menus to look at and the selection was lovely. There were all sorts of treats to choose from starters and mains to sweet and savoury. A true balanced menu for everyone! We chose between us, the full english breakfast, tater tots, biscoff milkshake, oreo pancakes and a tropical smoothie. I found everything to be excellent portion sizes and good value for what we paid.Oreo pancakes - delicious, not sickly and really food flavour, straight down to the soft pancakes themselves!Tropical smoothie - fresh and high quality taste.Full English breakfast - excellent food and high quality ingredients with the replacement of mushroom to another sausage without charge!Tater tots - never had these before and they were incredible! So tasty and will order them every single time.Biscoff Milkshake - amazing flavour and also served with the rest of the milkshake they made! We managed to get around two and a half glasses worth of milkshake from the one metal container.Tasty food, friendly staff and speedy service too. Lovely restaurant serving up treats and using high quality ingredients. We will surely visit again some time in the near future. To improve, Josie's could offer sides with some of the mains making it easier to get a meal! Very happy and please see the photo below to see how yummy everything was.

We’ve been a little quiet recently as we started to prep for an April that contains two house moves, a holiday, two birthdays and a birthday party!!However, we have managed to squeeze in a few bits of good eating!!!Where better to start than with this sweet monster!! Wow, wow, wow - it’s not often desserts defeat us but this one was just 5/6 mouthfuls too much! Some of the thickest and fluffiest pancakes you ever will find are located in Winchester, they come with loads of gooey sauce and delicious ice cream too!!This was the two stack and we’d probably recommend getting one to share between three of you… but be prepared to fight over it - as it tastes amazing!!Our fave things: The menu is brilliant, we could have chosen 6 or 7 things easy!📍🚆| Just a 5/7 minute walk from Winchester train station.

Came here today for brunch with my partner and there is no way we could of left happier. First of all the staff were super friendly and we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table (we didn't book). We ordered the breakfast pancakes and the breakfast burrito and both of them were incredible. We both also enjoyed our biscoff milkshake which is easily 2 and a half servings. The staff were really friendly and we can't wait to come back! A must visit if you're in the area.

Went for birthday breakfast had the American breakfast and bucks fizz. It was delicious the pancake was amazing so fluffy and tasted freshly made. I wasn't so keen on the scrambled egg it was a little too wet for my taste. My husband had the biggie and boy it was big. I really enjoyed my food the staff were friendly and service OK. I will definitely visit my local branch in the future I definitely want to eat more of the pancakes.

After a stressful week and a tough day, going to Josie's was a great way for me to feel that little bit better. The waitress that served me was nice, polite, but also happy to leave me be and the Boxing Day tots I had came out super quick and were absolutely delicious. I know this sounds silly but I really needed it today, so thank you for running a place with wonderful staff, a welcoming atmosphere and great food ❤️

It's mega popular for some reason, so if you want to get a seat, either get there early, or book a table (which i actually dont know if its possible). They are famous for their hotcakes, but i wished they had more variety and not just "bacon plus syrup". But breakfast choices are aplenty and they have the most selection of benedicts i have ecer seen. On the other hand, people with allergies and vegans may have a little less selection. But great service, and Delicious food. Definifely recommend going at least once.
