Kfc in Winchester

Nice, but 1 time over 3 order missing items, in particular if to be delivered. Collecting is OK. Delivering at home had often item missing and too difficult too late to complain

If you go here definitely check your order before you leave. 9 out of 10 times they don't get your full order packed. Personally I have never been to a worse managed KFC

Food very good but service a little slow. Friendly people though.

Fast food at its finest, though I was dissapointed when I got home from work late (9pm) and they weren't doing deliveries, compared to smaller businesses..

Visited at a quiet time, so service was quick... Ordered a takeaway and was in and out in 10 mins. Service with a smile (from behind his mask) ...

The food was good and tasted as expected. Staff seamed busy so I guess the long wait time (hence the low mark as it supposed to be fast food) is due to lack of staff.

Staff were really friendly and attentive even when really busy! There was a very rude customer in the store who I was happy to educate on manners and the staff thanked me for helping out and that they keep getting rude drunks in! Good was cooked well and fresh and packaged well.

Bad. Was missing order my order so went back. When I mentioned I was missing a burger the lad on the front desk pulled the only burger off the heating rack, unwrapped it and opened the burger up with no gloves on or anything, saw it wasn’t the right one, wrapped it up and put it back on the shelf.

Good luck to you if you find yourself in this KFC restaurant…. By far the worst one I have ever been to, the staff are quiet rude and the manager is even worse I have seen him shout at customers on numerous occasions not to mention the biggest issue which is no mater what you order it will take a min of 45 min and god help you if you ask for help

Ordered 4 pecies got 1 wing 1 strip 1 piece and rubish this store is pathetic
