McDonald’s in Winchester

Not their fault, but there is a lot of kids who just think it's a great place to vape? Service is fine, food is as good as it can be for McDonalds.

I asked for a quarter pounder NO CHEESE, when I opened up my order there was a quarter pounder WITH cheese. I took it back despite being pushed for time. Young gent when faced with the incorrect order gleefully pointed out that the label said remove one cheese and as they now put two of those revolting plastik cheeses per burger the order was correct! The manager Hayley said they would reimburse me for their errors. AND guess what,,,,, YEP NOTHING.

Placed an order for delivery and it immediately got delivered. Spoke with just eat and got refunded. My flat mate then placed the same order and after 15 minutes the same thing happened. Have tried calling the store at least 20 times and 3 different devices and no answer. Poor service quality and delivery

Absolutely awful. In the last two orders I've had here; first one was cold and the portion sizes were much smaller than usual. The second had multiple missing items. They make it incredibly difficult to get in contact with them to rectify this. Won't be ordering from here again.

As a local, i can say its the most polite and welcoming branch anywhere in the southern counties, and ive been to a few. I have dined in and taken away, and service is quick. Yes, they do have to keep on top of the litter trays a bit but it's a very busy branch and customers should do their fair bit as well. Whoever hires out cleaners here doesn't pay them enough.The food is v tasty most of the time, and even if I shopped elsewhere I'd be coming back here to eat. Forget the posh restaurants, support your local mackies.

normally reasonable service,but today (Sunday 05.12.2021) , was in a terrible state tables ,chairs dirty with ketchup and sauces and debris, bins overflowing , no napkins available,and staff obviously unable to cope with the amount of customers,no disrespect to the staff but they were overwhelmed with customers. And there was no supervisors and after waiting 10 min for our food it came cold.

Some of the best staff in a McDonald's I've ever seen!The lady was on top of keeping the tables cleaned straight after people had left, so others could sit down swiftly. She was so friendly also. Another member of staff offered the table next to us a high chair for their little one, without the customer asking. They just took initiative as they had a small child.The food was hot and quickly prepared.

It was crazy busy when we went. They ran out of trays to put food on and no one cleaning tables or bins it was over flowing. The food was generally nice as you would expect from McDonald.

Used to be able to walk in, place your order and get handed your food. Now you have to stand waiting for 15 minutes while a fleet of delivery riders get served ahead of you. Fast food? Yeah, right.

Great customer service Super Clean Food was hot and a very good standard... Prob best MCd I have been in ! Thanks Guys
