We ordered 4 portions of fish and chips and it literally took less than 5 minutes to be ready. That means no unnecessary wait time. The fish and chips is heavenly. Well made. I had salt and vinegar sprinkled on mine. Pleasant staff.

I think this is consistently the best fish and chips ever. The fish is always sweet and juicy and the chips are crisp and never greasy. Great value for money also. Cannot fault plus really easy to pre order online.

I frequent this establishment most Friday evenings of late, and have used Paul's since it opened. Huge portions with excellent chips. The click and collect app is simply brilliant and is easy to use, with only a short wait to wrap your order when you arrive. Its always busy which is testament to its popularity and quality, the staff are efficient and friendly,which must be hard when you are that busy all the time.well done, keep it up.👍

Extremely impressed with the protective measures introduced. Raised the click and collect last night turned up dead on the collect time. Read my unique number and was passed my order from under a screen, all packed in a large bag and piping hot. Was there and back in 5mins. The food as always was fantastic! Great job

This place is daylight robbery over charged me a cone of chips was just enough to fill the 90p bap that i brought. The chips at nearly £2 chips tasted as tho they were yesterdays re-heated i have been a chef the last 11 years and from a place with such good reviews 'if they are real' would expect better. When phoning to ask about being double charged, jake (who works here) swore down the phone over talked me and wasn't professional at all other than asking me to go back there and he will ' sort me out' would recommend to go to the bakery across the road
