Very impressed with the service,the assistant manager was very attentive an the food was great thank u

Cheap food, nothing special. Ok for a quick meal but the decor leaves a lot to be desired. Not a very friendly reception, though the staff were very pushy.

Had lunch with the family here. Great food, and service from Anna. Good menu to choose from. Accept clubcard vouchers which is a real bonus. Recommend a visit. Gave us a card with a link to do feedback, but you can't do it unless you have your bill with the survey code on it! Sorry left it on the table!

I know this is a chain but sometimes they do things better than small places and Prezzo is one of those chains. Excellent Bolognese. Amazing coffee. Wonderful friendly service. Had a lovely afternoon lunch here.

Surprisingly nicer!!! Something has changed here! Lovely night out with my son . Though the tiramisu had good cream part , it lacked yhe taste , missed the coffee and alcohol taste

We arrived on a wet miserable day but Anna couldn't have been more pleasant The service was quick the food hot and delicious and as it was my birthday we chose free desserts All procedures were upheld regarding COVID. A very happy lunch

The service was okay at best, all food came out at roughly the same time. (Inc the 3 starters, party of 10). It was just a bit inconsistent with drinks being forgotten. Over all it was okay and nothing more.

We have just had a one of the best restaurant experiences at lunchtime for my daughters birthday . The service from the team was excellent the staff were patient and nothing was too much trouble , food was lovely too . I would like to thank out waiter Will who went out of his way to ask my daughters name before he brought out the cake which made her feel so special especially as she has spent the last two birthdays in lockdown , thank you again we will definitely be back

I have been to other branches of Prezzo in London - this is by far the best in terms of food. The chef here knows exactly what they are doing and they care about what they are serving - the tiramasu was not too sweet or too bitter, was upset when it finished!! The gluten free pasta with prawns - pasta cooked to perfection (which can be hit and miss with gluten free), generous prawn distribution, good tasting sauce - not too sour or too sweet- to the Chef at Prezzo- Thank you for a very good tasting meal!

Been here a couple times, both times not peak times, and served very quickly, friendly staff, and very accommodating to dietary requirements and requests. Great value when using a taste card. Food delicious each time too. 👍
