Silver Springs Nursery & Garden Centre in Winchester

Limited on what we were looking for.Good cake in tea rooms. Dog friendly.

Becoming a favourite place, especially for a lovely toasted sandwich, but also a pleasant light and airy eating space, and great friendly service. I want to mention one lady in particular, I believe her name is Annie; she is warm and chatty to everyone, what a star!

Lovely food I met with some old friends yesterday & we went for lunch. Then we were all going to have a cake & drinks to our disappointment they had cleared the cakes away without asking us if we might like a cake I asked are you closing? The answer was no which was a surprise as all the cakes were away. If anyone who went in could probably only get a drink😔. So it was Silver Springs loss as we all went over to Garstons & had cake & drinks and there was no hurry to ask us to leave and there was plenty to choose from.😁. So we will make sure if we go a next time to Silver Springs that is if we go again ? To order our cake with our lunch it was only 2.45 when they put the cakes away.

Airy spacious garden centre just going through the process of reinventing itself. Plenty of good quality furnishings and garden bits and bobs. Good cafe. We’ll return again..

Love their sausage egg and chips, well worth a visit for that!, would be five stars if the chef was there today and we didn't have to eat elsewhere

A lovely experience at the cafe today. As a coeliac, it was a treat to have a gluten free toastie! Bacon, brie and cranberry 😋 I also love the decor- very modern with a wooden/plant theme throughout. I just wish my house was as nicely decorated and furnished!

Popped in today and was pleasantly surprised at the lovely café. Had a fab cappuccino and slice of apple cake, hubby chose same cake with a spiced apple drink. Then toured round plants outside and found a really nice shrub to buy, plus a nice pot. Very pleased and will be back. Looks as though they're in the middle of updating or redesigning so will be even better next year we expect.

Lovely spacious cafe at the rear of the garden centre, with outside eating facilities when required. Card only payment facility at the moment. Food menu limited, but daily specials board also available. Recommend toasted sandwiches, best I've had anywhere, which come with crisps and a salad garnish. Would like to see pasta and omelette dishes returned to the menu as in the old cafe.

Excellent place for lunch coffee or just a snack in this ever improving garden centre near Titchfield.

Great furniture which is good quality. The selection of garden building is impressive. The tea room look good, with a lovely, large outside seating area but I didn't try it. Only a small selection of plants and nothing stood out.
