JUST EAT!!!- COMPLAINTHave had a terrible Experience from a Just Eat Delivery Driver. Delivered food to wrong house, but I didn’t know, thought my brother in law had ordered food, had realised until I got in the kitchen it was to the wrong address, wasn’t to know like I said, about 10minutes later was off to bed all lights off and had banging on my door 5-6 minutes of constant banging, I was on early shift and didn’t care , brother in law and mate caught him STEALING our Plant Pots and went down to since 88s near train station, threatening my brother in law and mate and threatened to hit him and damage his car , managed to get plant pots back. After a dramatic incident. Sorry for a big rant but wanting to warn you

This is the best kebab shop in Winchester. Having said that I always have a better experience going into the shop instead of ordering online.

Honestly never had a bad experience with this place, sometimes the fries are a little rubbery towards the end of the night but that’s to be expected, it happens at maccies and other fast food places too so can’t complain. The wraps, specifically the chicken shish wrap with house mayo, are absolutely banging, it’s become my go-to order. The burgers are juicy and yes, while they make the buns quite soggy, I think it’s a worthy sacrifice since I’d much rather have a juicy burger and slightly soggy bread than a dry burger. The pizzas are absolutely gorgeous, the BOGOF offer they always have running is a huge bonus when buying for two or more people. Got the wrong pizza once (both were plain, one was meant to have ham and sweetcorn) so called up and explained NICELY!!!! what the issue was, and they got another sent out straight away. Brilliant food, 10/10

Missing a item, told by an exceptionally rude lady that “they didn’t pack it”, she then hung up on me. The receipt on the bag showed the item was ordered. Will never order from them again. Not even an apology, awful customer service.

Had a cheeseburger to take on the train home, decent, cooked well and not overly greasy, good sauce selection too.

Just received the food ,burnt chicken!!! 2 pieces in a brioche bun,one tiny lettuce leaf on the bottom of the bun ,with a teaspoon of sauce , absolutely disgusting,cold chips ,oh and one tiny piece of red onion on the bottom of the bun one and a half pieces of fatty white bacon not even crispy !!The other triple burger was awful ,chicken not cooked properly either !! What a waste of £20will not be ordering from here again , whoever cooks this needs retraining!!!

Those awful stale cold, refried chips and bun wasn't the worse of it, I thought to myself the burger on its own must be okay, nope the burger was burnt and tasted disgusting. One bite was enough, after a long shift just so disappointed. Couldn't eat any of it. Waste of money and I collected. No excuse, this place has really gone down hill. This used to be, many years ago a really good place to eat. I would never go back or advise anyone else to either. 0 stars! The only good thing was the can of Rio.

The food isn’t terrible but it’s overpriced for the quality. Also they have a habit of forgetting items. Ordered chicken nuggets and chips meal but just got chicken nuggets, ordered a burger meal which was missing the drink, the chicken shish was supposed to be meat and chips no pitta and was instead hardly any meat or chips inside a pitta. Used to love this place but over the years since it changed from Winchester kebab house to 88s it’s just gone downhill.

We popped in after a gig to get some Cheesy Chips. I accidentally left an item in the shop. As I went to get it back my girlfriend rang the shop to ensure that it was still there. The woman on the phone said that it wasn't there which led me to believe that it had been lost. It was actually still there on the table and she had clearly had not simply checked the shop which would have shown it was still there and would have alleviated my fears that it had been lost. When calling back to let her know that it was in fact there and she had not checked she hung up and then continued to hang up even as we triedto raise a complaint over her negligent behavior. She could have just checked, and told us it was safe, and there would have been no issue. Very disappointed with her attitude.

The last few times we have ordered from since 1988 the quality has kept dropping over the last year. If I could give the place 0 stars I would. This establishment used to be amazing a year and a half ago.From burgers that have no taste or flavours coated in so much sauce to mask it you feel sick afterwards, with buns that have dissolved into paste, to chips that are like chewing through old rubber tires and kebab meat which is even worse than the chips.I do not know what the chefs are doing in that kitchen but I would advise them to stop.
