Entrance is to the right of the Post Office, where you wait to be seated. Great tea room, great service with all tables having table service (pay at till after dining). The menu choices for vegetarians is very limited and no vegan food that I could see. If the owner reads these reviews then I'd suggest some further vegetarian or vegan options. Falafel with mango chutney sandwiches for example, there's lots of ideas out there.

A first visit to this little gem in Southwick for breakfast before a round of golf at southwick park. Excellent staff and plentiful food, will be on our radar again when we play golf.

2nd visit in last couple of months did not disappoint. Service and food top quality. Very generous portions. Ploughman's very impressive and delicious. Highly recommend 😋

Went in for coffee and cake and wasn't disappointed. Nice selection and tasted delicious ,the other food options on offer all looked just as good.

This place is in the delightful village of Southwick which is situated just outside Portsmouth. The tea room has a large sunny garden with outside seating and there is parking nearby. The food itself was lovely and in my opinion offered excellent value for money, the staff were friendly and welcoming however the service was slow with a long wait hence only 4 stars but highly recommended nonetheless

Stopped in and got seated fairly quickly, sat outside. In was fairly busy but that said had a long wait before having order taken. We opted for the cream tea, having chosen filling for sandwiches, the girl went off. Shortly after another girl came over to say no eggs so could not have one of my choices, which was OK. Then she came back to say no clotted cream, we still opted for tge scones but just have butter & jam. When the food finally arrived no jam so I mentioned to another girl we were missing the jam she apologised and brought back a jar of jam but only one. The food was nice but due to problems we'd had when I went to pay I thought we may have been offered some money off, but the girl at till just said oh sorry about that that's £25. So whilst a nice setting and and a reasonable selection of food a little disappointing. I would go back though.

Lovely location, great staff and delicious food. The bread is soooo soft, thick and fresh. Best afternoon tea !

Brilliant! The Bacon, Brie & Cranberry sandwich was amazing. My mum really enjoyed the afternoon tea - the scone was served warm and was so light and fluffy. All the staff were really friendly and accommodating, not an issue having things to takeaway either. Thank you!

Lovely tea room, good selection of breakfasts as well as lunch. Nice shop attached if you need to pick up supplies.

First visit to this little tea room in Southwick and what a pleasant surprise! On a sunny afternoon there was plenty of outside seating at picnic benches in the garden. We sat inside and there was lots of wartime memorabilia decorating the tea room. Great looking afternoon tea which several tables were enjoying. We had a tea cake and baked Camembert. Large flat white available too which makes a nice change. Great place and great food - just one request though….. please sort out the squeaky kitchen door!!
