A Premier Inn like all others. No fuss or drama. Clean rooms. Quiet hotel (decent soundproofing). Tea and coffee in the room. The attached Thyme restaurant serves good food at good prices and the breakfast is decent. If you've ever stayed at a Premier Inn before, then you'll know what to expect.

Stayed here this weekend, easy check in and that’s the highlight. The room resembled nothing like google images, damage to walls peeling/bubbling paint in bathroom. Bed felt like it was going to collapse any moment.Dining in restaurant- service so slow you would think it was made from scratch. Food brought out cold.Normally premier inns don’t disappoint but this is one to avoid.

Clean and tidy. Car park is about tight.Third floor room, widows are not openable, ventilation system only goes down to 19deg. So it's a bit stuffy at night.Easy to find just of the A3 & A272.

Excellent hotel, stayed many times. Always great service, lovely and clean, super breakfasts. Only downside is our of centre but downside for having plenty of parking.

Online booking and check-in/out is easy and includes onsite parking. Central Winchester is a 5 min drive.Rooms are "generic" Premium Inn - clean, good size, comfortable and quiet. Carpark can get busy and a bit challenging due to brick building supports.

If you're arriving by train, hotel is a mile from station, half of which is uphill. Room very clean but disappointed that still no daily housekeeping even though we're well out of Covid restrictions, meaning you have to ask at reception for milk, coffee and toilet paper when you run out (no reduction in price of course). 2 large bath towels were fine but 1 small hand towel for 2 persons is a bit mean, especially as not replaced daily and only 1 towel rail to hang, meaning that towels were permanently a bit damp. Beds were comfortable and extra pillows provided. We had the "continental" breakfast which was somewhat disappointing at ÂŁ7.99 each, especially the bread which was thin cut and insubstantial. However all in all it was fine, you know what you're getting with Premier Inns, and staff were all friendly and helpful

My accessible room had a bathroom door that didn't open fully, so I had trouble getting my rollator through without catching the wheels on the door frame. The toilet didn't flush properly as the handle was broken, and the shower was difficult to work out as the tap markings were too faded to read. The breakfast was pretty good, but I left a day earlier than I had booked for as I was in so much discomfort after two nights in my problematic room.

The rooms were outdated and the showers definitely need a better clean but the breakfast was better than any premier inn I have ever eaten in. Only a touch of oil used to make the eggs and the muffins were soft and had a decent amount of chocolate and blueberries. The saving grace of the hotel was the breakfast.

Exactly as you’d expect from a Premier Inn. Plenty of parking. We had really nice fluffy towels. Location is not particularly convenient or salubrious (it’s on an industrial estate outside of the town centre - about a 10 min walk away). We weren’t worried about walking in and out of town though and got a bargain on the room, so it was ok for us.Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on the food.
