Bella Italia Windsor in Windsor and Maidenhead

We stop by for late lunch after visiting Windsor Castle, and this place are not busy so we stop by to have some pizza and lasagna. Food is good, price is reasonable, portion is also right. For the service, it can be improved. One nice thing here is even that it is not exactly indoor, but around the table they have heater from the ceiling to keep you warm, so that you wont feel cold.

The place is really nice and the dished incredibly tasty. The service is good but has no order and can improve.Ordered...Minestrone: Small but tasty, although somewhat unconventional (didn't have pasta).Lasagna: OMG so great, yet, still unconventionally served. It so worthy to try.Tiramisu: Really amazing, goes great with the Breakfast tea.

Italian themed afternoon tea! Delicious and such friendly service. Personally I think all afternoon tea should be served with pizza. It’s the tastiest! 😍

Really excellent birthday lunch for my 11 year old and 6 friends. Such a friendly team. Surprised us with balloons and twisty straws for the kids. Kids menu is fab. All they need. There was also heat lamp lighting and under seat heating as it was winter. Overall brilliant!

staff were busy, but there are only up to 5 tables customers. I don’t know what they were busy at. They showed me no patience and awful attitude. Most importantly, the foods are amazingly disgusting! The shrimp lasagna has a strange flavor! 🤪worse than myself’s cooking 😖

Varied menu and very tasty food. Staff are always friendly and the setting is very nice, feels like dining outside in the old station, although you are under cover and they have heaters for the winter. Good is very good quality for the price in my opinion. Great for families too. Perfect for a relaxed, informal meal.

Great Italian restaurant, location is nice within the Royal Station. The menu has enough to cater for kids and adults. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Ordered vegetarian pasta, my friend ordered another dish, it was very plain and no flavour. Customer service can be improve.
