Bluebells Restaurant in Windsor and Maidenhead

Fabulous menu and quality of food and service. Would have preferred to have been seated downstairs as upstairs had little ambience and basically I was staring at a dark green corner. Will return but ask for a better table.

Really excellent meal. Food was all absolutely delicious and presented impeccably. Service was very friendly and attentive, without being overwhelming. Ambience and decor of the restaurant was lovely to be surrounded by whilst eating. Best meal out in a while. Looking forward to my next visit.

My favourite local restaurant! Service is superb, couldn’t get any better.The decor is gorgeous too. Loved the amuse-bouchée too, a good touch. Pics speak for themselves to be honest! My lamb was especially delicious. The pineapple tart tatin was beautiful! Well worth the money

Absolutely stunning in every way, from the initial welcome, to the decor, the attentive service, and of course the awe-inspiring quality, creativity, and presentation of the food. Best restaurant I've eaten at, three times now, for years!

The food quality is superb , the dishes are exquisite, the started were perfect and looked amazing, bread freshly made , the mackerel cooked to perfection , the cod crispy and moist, the beef brisket was so tender , the dessert was amazing , everything is worth the value.

Outstanding fine dining; food and service was exquisite. We were a group of six on Saturday evening and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was impeccable from the appetisers all the way through to the petit fours served with the coffee. I had goats cheese to start, pork for main course and cheese for afters. Service was spot on throughout as well. Prices are reasonable considering the experience we had. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely love this place! We were in town for a wedding and came here the night before for date night, and so glad we did. The staff were incredible, so friendly, and the food was out of this world! I would highly recommend Bluebells. We loved the crab & rabbit starters, and the beef & swordfish mains which were absolutely amazing.

Edit: First of all, let me start by saying the food was fantastic. Those after a fine dining experience, don't be put off by my review. The food was well cooked, a great balance of flavours and the presentation was exquisite. The servers were great, very polite and helpful.I was told before arrival that last orders were taken on a Sunday at 3pm. I rushed to get to the restaurant, I was on time, prompt and placed my order as such. Two couples sat literally next to us were late, almost at 3:30, and another family was there at 3:45. Somehow, the couple that turned up half an hour later than us was being served first.I'm not saying that detracted from the food, but it definitely made me feel devalued compared to other customers.
