NOT AS BAD AS REVIEWS SUGGEST!!!Just finished our family meal at the Bricks restaurant as we’re staying in the Lego Hotel. After reading reviews prior to staying, we were apprehensive about the meal we would have, we shouldn’t have been! Couple of points:1 - the food is not great, granted. And the price you pay is a premium for a Wetherspoons-like meal. But you are paying for convenience of eating at the park, and the food, whilst admittedly isn’t great - isn’t at all bad. My daughter (4yo) was very happy with her Lego Fries in particular, my partner had the soup and chicken and I had the sausage roll and burger - all were okay and not by any means bad food.2- The service we received from our server, Kush, was absolutely incredible. Fine attention to detail making sure we were all okay and he is really a credit to the team and made our experience enjoyable.3- Would be great for some children’s entertainment (even just some colouring!) whilst they’re waiting for their food.Overall, I would rate the restaurant a solid 7/10. Food not great, location excellent, service superb. Thanks again to Kush!

We we in a group of three couples and six children aged from one to five. We had a great day in the actual Legoland park and had booked into the bricks resultant as we didn't want to drive.Things got off to a bad start with our server had had no idea how to operate his tablet blaming the new system. Through out the night we constantly got the wrong drinks not once but three times! Confidence was low...We had children's meals on screaming hot plates just dumped at the far end of the table and it went on like this rude staff just dumping plates on the table in seemingly random places. What really pushed us over the edge was a piece of blue plastic in one of the childerens fish and chips meal. We asked to speak to the manager about 10 times and again we were just ignored by the rude staff. When we finally spoke to the manager she did deal with the situation well and gave us a discount on our bill. I felt sorry for her as she was probably dealing with multiple complains that night! She was the only one professional I saw all night. We ordered pudding and still it all went wrong we got food with no cutlery, jug of water no glasses, we started clearing our own plates as the rude staff didn't want to.I was glad to leave and can honestly say that was the worst meal and service I have ever had! Your local Wetherspoons makes this place look like a five star resultant! There is a major problem at Legoland with food service and the kiosks in the park aren't much better staffed by staff who either don't care or aren't trained??If you go to Legoland the park and hotel are great just bring your own food and eat your evening meal in Windsor town!

Do not use the restaurant! The rest of our whole Legoland experience has been great but the restaurant was overpriced with limited choice and food was average at best. I'm also really confused that there's brilliant entertainment just outside the doors of the restaurant in the bar but zero for kids to do in the restaurant itself - I asked for some colouring in and the waiter found 2 biro pens and a leaflet thing? Eat in the bar at a cheaper price and have your kids entertained!

New year meal special 5-course - What a joke!!! More like a terrible 3-course meal with discussing nibbles in between. Not child friendly. In fact not adult friendly! Starters mains and desserts just not what a normal family would eat, shop bought fish and chips - dry. I'm not fussy but they said thay only had medium rare lol. Don't you just cook it longer, more like they want you in and out quickly. Whoever had the final say to go with that menu should be sacked! The have let legoland down.It was so bad that waiters were taking the mickey as they know it was terrible and were up against it with customer comments all night long. I really did feel for them.We will not be using restaurant again.

£82.87 for 2 adults and 1 kid. I actually feel sick. This is how much I just paid for a very standard meal.Food quality is meh. I'll attach a few picturesAlso, very limited options - they corner and force you to have 3 courses for £25. Don't want a starter and dessert? They don't care.Granted I had two beers but Jesus did I need them for courage to face the bill.I have nothing against the waitress or the service staff. The issue is with Legoland sinking an arm in after an already very expensive day. Shameful guys.... this is an obvious money grab.

It's a theme park restaurant... prices are premium.. but you know what it ain't half bad. Not sure why all the negative reviews. Yeah it's a bit pricy but look at where you are... at £500 a night in the hotel!! Breakfast was plentiful. There is a set list and you can have a much as you want of it. Kids had a cereal set. They chose rice crispies, it also had 2 croissants a banana and a yogurt. They also had kids full English sausage, bacon, egg, beans and toast. Adults had a full English and also pancakes. I had to leave some.Evening meal yeah was £75 but we had 2 kids garlic dough balls and 2 adult mushrooms on sour dough slice. Then 4 burgers and fries, kids were lego shaped fries. Both were really tasty. Then kids had brownie and the other ice cream. I had ice cream and partner had chocolate tart. All again was plentiful and nice. Staff were amazing and helpful. In the evening I asked for a coke I said how do I pay as you pre pay your meal when you enter he said don't worry enjoy!!!I booked breakfast on the 2nd day went down and they couldn't find my booking, you get a text when you book your meal, I said oh I got a text they said that's fine don't worry ill get you in if you have booked. Didn't even ask to see the text and got us a table fine.Overall the kids said it was 5 star and loved it and let's be honest were going for the kids not a fine dining experience!!!! To put it in proportion we ate at a beefeater upon leaving and 2 adult burgers and chips 2 kids pizza and sides of fries 2 kids ice cream and 2 adult puddings was £60... so bricks was only 15 quid more with starters and both were good for IMHO.

Restaurant is in side of the legoland resort. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Archie interacted with the whole family and catered for every need. Orders were quick and of good quality. Pleased with whole experience in the Bricks.

PRICES ARE EXTORTIONATE FOR TINY PORTIONS!!!Food tasted okay tbf, but £24.99 adults and £15.99 kids for 3 tiny courses was a mickey take.Kids under 3 get it free, which is at least a small concession.Service was a bit mixed; polite friendly waitress, but quite slow taking orders, clearing away, bringing the bill, etc. and they cleared all the cutlery from the starters, but forgot to bring more out, so our food was going cold for 5 mins while we waited for knives and forks. They bought out plenty of jugs of tap water with ice when requested though. They have really missed the mark here in terms of the fayre required by their target market; families with young kids.It should be cheap and cheerful with decent portion sizes, akin to pub grub.Instead they’ve got the ridiculous prices, and try to do fancy-ish adult meals with tiny portions.Fortunately grandma was generous enough to pay (but she refused to add a tip as she felt the prices were already too steep to warrant paying any extra). They do have some entertainers walking around (though not sure what characters were meant to be; better if they had someone in an iconic Lego figure outfit), and the Lego theme and outside play area (while waiting between courses) was a hit with the kids.Hence 2 stars on balance.

Due to an error on our part our table reservation did not get made, but the restaurant still found us a space despite being fully booked. We pre-paid for our 3 course meal, so it only cost £65 for 2 adults and two children. Drinks were extra, but not extortionate considering its at a hotel restaurant near London. The food was pretty good considering its a theme park resort. My steak was cooked rare as I requested, a rarity in a UK restaurant. The kitchen dealt with my son's allergies well, and offered to fry a portion of fish for him without the batter. The themeing of the restaurant is also good, with lots of lego models of chefs and waiters trying to make and serve food. Our server was really friendly and helpful, we never had to wait long to get his attention when required.
