Costa in Windsor and Maidenhead

Stopped in for a coffee, swift & polite service as always

Met two lovely staff members who I unfortunately didn't catch the names of this evening, easily the nicest coffee shop experience ever! Big praise to them and hope to see them in there again :)

Situated within cinema complex.Had time to kill so had a coffee.Clean. Staff helpful. Had coffee watched the movie. 👍🏻

OK coffee - better than Starbucks but the massive carbon footprint is a big problem for me...

Not to bad for a costa. Coffee was wet and hot but very dissapointed that they dont do toast (was told this by the barista) and dont have the selection for cakes like other stores.

Standard Costa with pleasant staff and better opening hours.Fairly standard Costa though the staff are more friendly than the other one in Maidenhead and the fact it’s inside the Odeon means you get much better opening hours than the options in the area. Can get a bit busy at times.

What can you say about your typical coffee shop other than they're making a takeover bid nationwide but I believe Costa are better than their competition.

Very friendly staff but nit many gluten free options for me to choose unfortunately. Nice garden area to take dogs after their walk.

Coffee is fine but I’m ill and petty and I’m tired of them getting my order wrong, not bothering to prep food properly and other massively entitled complaints. It’s not the end of the world but when I’ve bought myself a gingerbread latte to cheer myself up in the middle of a particularly vindictive head cold, finding out they left out the ‘gingerbread’ part breaks the lump of iron I keep where my heart should be.

It's ok never a massive Costa fan a bit so so on there taste of coffee. They are a bit like Starbucks pretty dirty at times I'm sorry to say tables and floor and especially toilets are generally bad
