Creams Cafe Windsor in Windsor and Maidenhead

QR code, groan ☹️, dirty table that was never cleared, 🤬 had to ask for a menu. The only person remotely interested in welcoming me was the girl taking my money, and I would hardly call it welcoming. Waffle and ice cream was longer arriving at the table than it should have been. Tasted good which is why I have reviewed a 3 star, -2 for the service. 🙈 Maybe it was Sunday service?

One word - delicious!!We ordered couple of signature dishes, and they were superb, very nicely prepared, fresh cut fruits, enough chocolate and meal-size.One dish fills one tummy if you aren't very hungry :-)Though we had to wait a little longer this time, and they upfront told when they brought it on the table - appreciated.Only improvement - they don't clean the tables with wipes when a customer leaves, instead just remove plates - bit less hygienic, thus going for 4 stars.But food-wise: very nice, as always.

it is disgustingly miserable, it does not bring order in time, the staff lacks common sense and miserable, the great lack of professionalism!

came here a while ago and it was absolutely lovely! the food was delicious and i was served by a young looking girl called charlotte who was so kinda and considering!!! would recommend if you are in the mood for a sweet treat or with kids ☺️☺️☺️

Absolutely loved my food and everything about this place! The staff were so lovely and a good vibe came off of my entire experience. Will be coming back again VERY soon! <3

Service absolutely awful , over 25 mins to order then as a family all wanted to eat together , got ice creams and then over half hour wait for our waffles & crepes which I actually think they'd forgotten until we asked. Toilets filty , and was over 7 members of staff standing around , 1 till open never go there again 🙄

If you love waiting this is the place for you!Me and my partner decided to have something sweet in one wonderful and sunny day. And we came across Creams, which looked delicious! After 10min of wait to be seated, we choose to have take away ( I mean there were only 3 tables with people and everything else was empty so 10 min to wait someone to just show you a table in my opinion is little slow even to my standards). So, we went to the counter and ordered our hot chocolates, payed and as normal people went to one side to wait for the order to be prepared. After around 10min a staff asked for what we are waiting for (that was WoW, what do you think I am doing, enjoying the interior??), then a few minutes later another staff member asked us and we even showed them the receipt ( at that point I was not sure we are going to be given anything at all). And after some more waiting we have finally received our two hot chocolates, which mind me, were delicious!!!Overall, the items are perrrrfect and what you expect, but unfortunately the disorganization is the cherry on the top.

What can I say?? This place is amazing! Read some of the negatives and compared to our visit they must be of a different place.....Once shown to our table we were asked about allergies to which we said both our boys are allergic to nuts. We were then helped by the owner who overheard us asking. She had only popped in as it was her birthday! Comprehensive advice and very helpful and friendly.She put one person in charge of our order (very helpful polite young man) who double checked all the allergy info and delivered our order and made a special trip to get a wafer as they had run out on the counter. He even brought us the remainder of the milkshake from our little ones so it didn't go to waste!!Staff are a credit to the owner.Try Creams, you wont be disappointed!!!!

Gorgeous desserts. Waffles all round for us today. Place a little dull and lacking atmosphere and really don't think registering and paying on an app is ideal....cash/card options would be good too. Expensive but for a one off treat it was worth it... enjoy 😋
