Domino's Pizza in Windsor and Maidenhead

After last delivery order not so great however tonight yum-Absolutely delicious Domino's pizza, pure perfection!

Over charged and sent incorrect items. When calling the store told not their issue as I placed order online……

Turned up after 90 minutes , just about warm ,,driver says they busy ,,wont answer phone ,,not happy

The employee gunash is very rude and treated his own customers with out right disrespect and started talking his language about me to his other coworkers

Dominos was hoppin on Friday night! They were still quick to get the order put together. Easy peasy.

Have avoided for 2 years due to aforementioned issues. Thought we'd try again though based on deal, wish we hadn't.Whilst the pizzas are good, you're probably best off ordering the evening before as the delivery service is diabolical. Not only that, the drivers are surly and unapologetic.The app is useless too, the only payment that worked was cash.-------------------Update to the below. Having spoken to customer service, they, to their credit, acknowledged the problem and said that measures were being put in place to improve things by increasing the number of call handlers as an example.It looks like they have as I got straight through on Friday night and the pizza was delivered quite promptly.(Avoid.Whilst the pizzas are fine, forget trying to get a pizza delivered. The management here do not know how to run the place efficiently and under-staff.They are totally unapologetic and do not know the meaning of customer service.I feel sorry for the delivery staff who are generally clueless and are at the brunt of customer complaints.)

Horrible horrible service, 2 hours to deliver a pizza, only this branch of Dominos can do this. if you’re hungry absolutely avoid, if you’re happy waiting I’d still think twice.Can see why they have a 3.1 rating, doesn’t seem to phase them though, definitely consistent at being bad, have seen lemonade stands operate better than this place.

Waited far too long for my pizza this Friday evening, about 1 hour and it was disappointigly cold on arrival. I think this is a weekend issue because the midweek orders seem fine. The business should try and cater for greater demand at the weekend.

Late, late, late... Ordered a pizza at 7pm and got a cold one at 10! However they have a shortage of drivers so although am not saying it is their fault, the delivery time quoted of 30 mins was so far out this should be a minus review! The pizzas are good if a little pricey and the sides are not worth having.

We ordered over 2.5 hours ago and have received no pizza. We called and spent 15 minutes waiting and spoke to 5 different people being put on hold between each one. Our pizzas are now being remade and maybe we will have food tonight but I doubt it. Read the 5 star ratings and none are made by customers, they are made by the delivery drivers.
