Duke of Connaught in Windsor and Maidenhead

A real gem of a pub. Excellent Thai food for a great price and some really great outdoor seating options. Definitely pop in this summer if you get a chance.

Absolutely fantastic, just served 30 of us, lovely food and great service. Not many places can cope with that many of us, can’t fault anything!

So far I've only tried their beer and I was impressed with the good quality, the service and the location. Would definitely come back to try their Thai food.

Went in for quick drink so 4 * likely to up to 5* when I've eaten there. Lovely outdoor seating with heaters. Although a large area it is cosy. Dividers between tables. Food is served and it's Thai. Very pleasant staff. Looks like music is played there. Haven't been there for years but will return soon.

My family and I have just returned from our first and definitely not our last visit. I made the booking by phone and the gentleman that I spoke to was helpful and friendly.I have driven past so many times, seen the sign outside for Thai food but never ventured inside and I could kick myself for not going sooner. Inside is very much non-Thai, more gastro pub with perfect lighting and good old fashioned candles on the table. It's very calm with a very happy vibe. Not at all stuffy.The menu is quite small but I struggled to choose as i could have had everything. The wait was long but boy was it worth it. The food was so delicious and a hearty portion. The presentation was simple and the aromas simply wonderful. I couldn't wait to tuck in.... Absolutely scrumptious. The staff were so friendly in a genuine way, not over the top or cheesy, just really really nice people. The toilets were immaculate and the furnishing clean. All in all, if you want a really good Thai meal, freshly cooked with fresh ingredients in a very relaxed environment surrounded by nice people, this is the place to be. I can't wait to return. Thank you to the Duke of Connaught for a really love evening meal tonight.
