Great value roast. Meat was nice and tender (Beef) maybe another slice would be good. The vegetables were tasty, good amount of gravy and roast potatoes were ok. Similar price to Toby but a lot better quality. Will go back.

Fantastic Sunday lunch service was great would recommend

Nice spot. Very friendly, attentive yet relaxed service. Dog friendly, with lots of treats. Food menu is fairly limited but what we had was well cooked. Good value for money.

Never been here before. Pub is setup for NewYears and staff were super warm and welcoming. Service has been spectacular and food also awesome. I usually stay away from gastro pub steak but the ribeye was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and it was really tender!

Fantastic pub very friendly and helpful staff a great wide range of drinks exceptionally clean and tidy. Very well kept and well decorated. Food was fantastic service was speedy and the prices where very reasonable under new ownership and the new owners seem to really understand the values of what customers want and expect rather than just having a pub. Would really reccommend this place for evening out or for a meal.

Pleasant pub in a quiet spot. Stopped for lunch. Two real ales on and the one sampled was from a fresh barrell well served and in great condition. Varied simple menu - food good. Large garden for al fresco dining. Easy parking. Good value. Worth another visit.

Lovely countryside pub, good scenery and setting. Nice attention to detail. Good food, nice patio outdoor area and car park. Slow service when we visited but overall very good.

Popped in for a quick drink. Great service, friendly environment. Earlier this year had visited for lunch. We ended up with freshly baked pizzas which were very good. Will return.

I go to a pub or restaurant primarily for the food and drink. Everything else is secondary. From this point of view, the food we ate was excellent. The mussels were really tasty and went well with the white wine and French fries. Latter portion was a bit on the small side, but overall I think the place deserves a 5* rating.
