Frankie & Benny's, Taplow, SL6 0NX in Windsor and Maidenhead

Service was great. Place was clean, tidy and nice to look at. I'm not a fan of the new slim line menu. Bring back the old favourites. Food quality wasn't great, but everything was edible, kids were happy, we left full.

Delicious food and good service....was very busy but they found us a table without booking ahead.

My partner & I have been to this Frankie & Benny’s twice and have been served by Loredana both times. She was amazing; very thoughtful, friendly and kind. She re-filled my drink on her, made sure we were seen to quickly and that we were enjoying everything. She made us feel very comfortable and looked after, and most importantly made us laugh. We very much look forward to coming back soon to enjoy the amazing food and to hopefully see her again

Welcomed with enthusiasm and loved the atmosphere. Service was fast and staff were really friendly, made myself and my wife feel at home. The vegan options were AMAZING! Food in general very tasty. Diner was clean and organised.Will be coming back again.

Server had no social graces. When ordering a Dr Pepper she stated "we ain't got none", no apology just that poorly constructed statement. Also my partner has an allergy to tomato and peppers which was mentioned to the server and assured would be fine. However red was found, "will you be OK?"

Great food and music as usual. Server was friendly, helpful and charismatic. Great birthday meal, thanks 😊

Just left after an amazing meal with my partner, would rate 4.5 if i could, food was lovely, the cocktails were brilliant, the steak wasn’t the best quality (but still lovely) and the white meat (chicken) was a little dry. the waitress Kara (Cara?) was absolutely lovely and made the experience so much better. thank you so much for making my first experience to the chain in years be as lovely as it was xx

We live in London and was in Slough for Holiday and guys at the reception suggested F&B. I took the family to franckie and benny's in Slough-Windsor for a lunch meal. On arrival, we were given a warm welcome with a comfortable seat. The atmosphere was calm and Paulina who attended to us keep checking up on us to ensure everything is fine.We had a 3 course meal and the food was delicious and well served. Compliments to the chef. Our waiter Paulina was polite, helpful, chatty but courteous and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble for her. We even had a little banter with her. She made us feel at home. Great service , great price, great food. The atmosphere was relaxed. We would have given 5 stars but for the loud music that was playing, it was supposed to be a background relaxing music, however it was too loud and we had to literally scream at each other to hear ourselves. We will definitely go back again. Thanks for a lovely meal. Will definitely recommend you to our friends and family. There is a free 3hrs parking, so no need to worry about parking.

A very mixed experience, some food was good some was questionable. But one waitress made up for any issues we had and was an absolute delight! She was clearly busy and run off her feet but still kept a smile on her face and made our experience a positive one.

Visited after a long time. Food was ok. They got our order wrong but fixed it soon.The overall service was outstanding. Staff were very friendly and professional. The ambience was good.Ample parking available.
