Called the restaurant the day before to make a reservation for my son's 24th birthday. As he has autism I wanted to ask whether they could accommodate a special request for him which they agreed to straight away.We were welcomed warmly with great smiles by all member of staff that were present and went to our table. Service was great:prompt, professional yet very friendly. The food!!! Omg the food!!! Those ribs are finger licking good(although they do provide water bowls to clean them)and the portions are just right for someone who likes his food. No wonder they got the reputation for them and rightly so.After dinner they brought my son's cake out and sang for him, wishing him happy birthday. Those guys went definitely above and beyond to make his night special and cannot thank them enough for their great hospitality. And this is the key to their success! Great hospitality. Lovely people offering amazing food in one of the most beautiful locations along the Thames. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you so much for the lovely evening and I am hoping to visit again soon.

A special occasion family meal for three people turned out to be a very disappointing experience at Go Go restaurant. In our experience on this occasionThe food was overpriced,No Risotto available,Pasta dish was poor quality,Soft drinks expensive (£6.00 for a small bottle of mixer)No coffee, I have never been in a restaurant that ran out of coffee!Restaurant temperature was cold (I believe the gas bottle heater ran out causing an uncomfortable temperature drop, and no apology from staff).Limited availability on their dessert menu.I appreciate this establishment is not high end dining, but it is borderline pretentious. In my experience a service charge is optional, but this establishment added it automatically to the bill at 10% without asking.Tipping is discretionary, NOT a given. As tipping is not compulsory it was asked to be removed on this occasion, unfortunately the male member of staff at the till (with a top knot, he did not offer his name).Appeared to take umbridge at this instruction, whereupon he thought it appropriate for him to take it upon himself to challenge the request for the service charge be removed.Furthermore his attitude following this instruction then changed from friendly to being off hand, arrogant, and unfriendly resulting in a negative atmosphere.Neither he nor any member of staff thanked us for our custom, even though we spent over £94 on a what was a simple luncheon for three people. That comprised of only three simple main courses and two drinks each (No starter, No desserts).Unfortunately this was a cold, lacklustre, very disappointing experience.

Great little brunch spot, small and cosy. Attentive staff, good veggie and vegan options. Nice big portions and delicious coffee.

·

Cozy restaurant on the riverside, staff and food both excellent, big portions of food. I spent my 30th birthday evening, not disappointed at all, definitely will be back.

·

Excellent brunch. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Its really rare to find places where you both get greeted and thanked for coming down these days. The views are really cool. The breakfast was amazing and cooked really well. Probably one of the best latte i have had in a while. Thank you.

We went for a long overdue catch up and are so glad we booked here. The service was fantastic, welcoming and very helpful when we needed a little rescuing with a safety pin 🙈We couldn't decide on food so we got 2 sharers and the espetadas.Everything we had was excellent, the meat was perfectly cooked and the platters were delicious.
