Golden Ball in Windsor and Maidenhead

The new owners were friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. The food was incredible! We were a party of three and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our starters and main courses. The vegan cauliflower steak was excellent. We highly recommend The Golden Ball.

Went for Easter Monday with the family and was very welcoming with great food. Amazing relaxed atmosphere with extremely high quality food. Probably the best pub meal I have ever had

The waitress was nice and helpful. The food was good but a bit pricey. The food was spoiled by the way it was put on the plate ie one had fish and chips spoiled fish on top making them soggy two stakes same with the chips and nearly cold stakes were coldA little more thought putting food on the plate and not letting food sit before so long before serving, we weren't the only table with problems. ,DMD

Lovely pub 👌 its recently under new management. The staff are extremely friendly however they lack alot of training, hmm the food was ok. Tho some of it felt it came out of a microwave

Excellent fish n chips, with great wine by the glass. Lovely place to catchup with friends & family. First time I have been back since the refurbishment. Looks gorgeous with quality food to match.

I booked for a graduation get-together for a friend in the conservatory - what an amazing evening it was! They allowed us to put decorations up for her, they were discreet with the cake, professional service throughout. Our server was a dream, what a laugh ! Such a beautiful pub. A little pricey, but the food was outstanding! Would definitely return!!

First visit after lockdown. If you need cheering up, this is the place. All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely go back

We were celebrating a 50th anniversary with 14 friends. The meals were pre ordered. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. The food was very well presented and tasted excellent. This was the first time we had been to this pub/restaurant and we will definitely be going back. There was a very nice patio and garden. I am happy to recommend this venue.

The food was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious, it was a shame that they didn't have about 40% of their menu available. Similarly the wine list was very extensive, however more of the wines were unavailable than available.Some of the waiting staff seem quite in experienced and this presents itself in a manner bordering on rudeness.
