Great customer service and great food every time . Salt and pepper ribs are a personal favourite.

The staff here are super friendly and. The food came out quickly and they didn't skimp on ingredients as some other places do. I did think the food was a lot sweeter than I'd prefer though.

A firm favourite. The food is always fresh and tasty, packed with flavour. It is run by a really lovely family who work hard and give personal service. We've been going for years and intend to continue to do so.

Very lovely staff and great customer service! Gets very busy on the weekends as the foods amazing, so you may need to call a couple times to get through to them.

Tried it based on all the good review but I was so disappointed. The food was bland and wasn’t seasoned well. I had the Singapore fried rice with extra spice( which I paid extra) and there was no spicy whatsoever and it didn’t take like it has any seasoning (just more plain rice and curry). Ordered spicy spare ribs and it was deep fried in batter, never experienced such and would never like to as it was not nice. Overall the food lacked flavour for me and it was a struggle for me to finish the food and I truly love Chinese food.

The best Chinese in area. Little bit expensive £6.30 for sesame prawn toast, but delicious, my favourite. Crispy chilli beef is spot on! Highly recommended!

Always great food. We've long since given up using other alternative take outs. nothing compares to the Golden Phoenix. Staff are always very pleasant and happy to help. Spring rolls are a must have with any order. No one does them anywhere near as well.
