The ambience of Heidi's stamps itself as a independent little coffee shop parked in the centre of Windsor Central Station. The coffee tastes fresh and delicious. I opted for my usual choice of an oat latte and it tasted really good. The coffee is not too strong or tastes burnt. It's just right. The selection of food looks freshly prepared and the pastries are huge. You are flabbergasted with choice and taste in your mouth which leaves a mark. There is one more chain in the Daniel store which is a 5 minute walk.

Purchased a range of the filled doughnuts today which looked great from behind the counter and in the lighting however once I actually got my hands on them at home, they obviously cooked for too long or burnt in the fryer to a point not sure if they were biscuits or doughnuts.Poor quality for a doughnut costing almost £3 each!

Shop was empty and I ordered coffee, the staff got my coffee wrong and then other customers came in and got their coffees before I did and also nobody apologised for the very long wait. Overall rude staff

·

Very slow service. The staff are chatting rather than focusing on preparing the orders. They got the orders wrong. They do not apologise for the long wait. They talk badly about customers.

·

Very disappointing. Went to their stand-alone cafe rather than the one in Daniels. The service was extremely slow (we were the only ones in there), the quality of the drinks was poor and they've put a large solid screen in front of the window seats.

I gave this place a terrible write up the other week, but we went as a family to their FOGGS restaurant for breakfast yesterday and it was really good. More staff on duty, so that probably helped. The breakfast food was lovely and cooked well.Hope this keeps up!

The pastries from here were so delicious and it was a lovely to place to stop off for breakfast on our way to Windsor Castle. I'd highly recommend both the ham and cheese croissant and the apricot pastry.

Go into Windsor Yards carpark and up to floor 4b. Park there and you can walk out on the same level into the shopping area. Walk a few yards across the shopping area and go into Daniels department store. Down a few steps and you will see Heidi's straight ahead. We got there at 11.30 on Thursday and there were a few tables available. We had small Americo coffees, I chose a jam doughnut and my wife had a chocolate slice cake. The staff were pleasant and obliging, although we had to ask for serviettes and milk. My doughnut was full of jam and of a nice texture, the best I have ever tasted. The toilets are on the first floor and after that we went home as my wife was tired. That was our outing for the day.

Friendly, great music, lovely service! It's the highlight of my day every time I come here. Thanks for everything 😊 !
