Great, friendly staff, being ruined by a new manager who talks down to people and is enjoying the grand power of being a pub manager a bit too much. Already has a reputation built after several people confirmed similar experiences in the last month. Recommend avoiding until he is replaced.

Popped in for a quick drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back soon to try one of the pizzas on offer.

Menu says pizzas all day everyday… liesNo tables apparently (have to sit outside)… liesSays they have an app… liesVery disappointing as was looking for a regular local, this ain’t the place

Fab night out for a leaving party of a very cherished colleague who I will always miss but as friends never forgotten. Drinks amazing, staff friendly and very helpful. One downside lack of network coverage but could be just my network

As expected on a Monday afternoon in October, this pub was very quiet but it made for a very relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a drink. It was a shame a couple of the beers were not available but I made up for it with a cider.

Went on monday night to watch a footy game. A friend booked a table for 4 people and was told a deposit of £10 per table was required as we had to eat if a table was reservered (this is a monday night for a championship game...). We arrived and no table had been reserved and was told its very quiet so sit anywhere...there was one table in a very draughty place with a decent view of one of the tv's. Other tv's had people sitting at them including the prime tv where people who were not at all interested in footy were sitting. Had to ask three times for the sound to be put on. The pizzas we had were very average and although quiet the clearing of the tables was slow in the least. Bar person very friendly. Been in Summer and good vibe but this visit very poor.

A good sports bar with a great garden. Reasonable beer prices. Also a lovely genuine couple running the place.

An excellent traditional pub with a great atmosphere and lovely beer garden. Can be lively at peak times, but also a cosy place to visit when less crowded. The range of quality ales is good, the food is great (especially the pizzas) and some talented artists are well worth checking out when the live bands are performing here. Recommended to visit!

What a beautiful gem. Stumbled in randomly and fell in love immediately. Lorcan, bartender, was the only human in there. Super friendly, and got us set up with drinks. We ended up hanging for 4 hours. We tried their pizza and Flatbread. Delicious. What a cool, humble spot.
